Ashley, It's so exciting to be able to watch the dolphins, in the beautiful Gulf waters, while enjoying a meal on our balcony! When you want to go to a restaurant, shop, enjoy a water activity, or attend a concert, our condo is close to all! So glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you, SuSu

Fourth time staying at Phoenix 7. Condo was excellent. Even though our luck ran out weather wise we still had a good time.Definitely will be coming back to this unit.

Wonderful weekend stay

Very high end furniture. Lots of storage for clothes. Updated showers! Well stocked kitchen. Would stay here again most definitely

Great locale and property, but due for an upgrade

It’s our second time in this condo, and both trips have been flawless! Love the convenient location, beach access, and covered parking that comes with this unit. It is time for an interior refresh however, as this unit is starting to show its age. Would be nice to have streaming access to the TV’s and a washer/dryer that can handle beach towels. That said, a clean, convenient, simple floor plan that easily handles the needs of our small family!

Vacation with my mom

My mom and I have been going to orange beach for about 6 or 8 years. We’ve stayed at a lot of the Phoenix properties. This particular unit was cleaner and better maintained than most. Great location.

Spring Brea

We visited for Spring Break with our family. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. We loved that we could enjoy all of the amenities as soon ad we got there, we arrived early am and check in was not until 4:00, we did get an early check in at 2:00. Susu was extremely nice and helpful! We will be back next year and may just stay here again. Thanks!
