Overall it was a great stay, very convenient area and friendly stuff. The only thing is the breakfast needs a little bit of improvement

Not recommended beyond a weekend (2-day) stay.
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was below average. I rate it a 3 because the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the lake behind the hotel with turtles and a crocodile! We stayed 7 nights. The internet was awful. Streaming Netflix almost rarely worked for us. Every time we turned on the TV we needed to reset the TV to get sound. The staff was nice. They ended up swapping our tv out without telling us or following up. The GM suggested that I call the third party streaming service to troubleshoot connectivity within the hotel. I recommend the hotel for a short-stay only. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. It got cleaned 1x during our stay. On top of all this we were placed in a room that was different from what we booked because the hotel said ‘they sold our room’ before we arrived! Thanks nice staff.

I enjoyed my stay. It's in walking distance of the beach. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel in very quiet and the staff is extremely nice. Pool and spa was wonderful also.
