We felt very safe and cozy. Our dogs were more than welcome and we are grateful for that. We had an issue with our fridge and they had it swapped within 30 mins.

I loved being able to walk out to the beach. The pool and spa were nice. Very family friendly. Our suite was spacious, and the 5 of us had enough room. The kids loved making their own waffles.

Questionable security. Door from parking garage was rarely closed and locked. Balcony door was only secured with a pin lock. Room door had wear.

Great hotel.
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was very friendly, professional and ready to help make our stay very pleasant. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because our balcony had dried up food on it. Probably from previous guest eating while sitting on balcony. The cleaning staff should make sure the balcony is clean.
