Don’t stay here. We went here since we were evacuated due to hurricane. The room was nasty. I was in the room less than 10 mins. Went and asked for refund. They said it would take 7/10 days to credit back. I called my bank and they said call back and have them fax them to let them know it was ok to remove the pending authorization so I can have credit back to my account since we were stranded and had money tied up in a hotel we weren’t even able to stay at and after calling and emailing the manager then bank still hasn’t received the fax. Calling corporate tomorrow to address all the issues
