Everything was excelente. Very clean. Workers very nice. Service was excellent. I will come back to it.

The only “negative” I would say is that the room housekeeping could have been better. They basically pulled the covers up on the bed and left clean towels. The hotel is nice. We enjoyed the pools and having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The front desk ladies were great. Our room had a leaky window due to heavy rain. They gave us a new room as well as breakfast vouchers.

Upon entering for checkin we were not greeted, during checkin she just outta blue took calls and didn’t acknowledge or say anything and then addressed another person that was staying there during checking us in. Carpet and walls were dirty. Room was fine except for black mold along edge of shower and inside edges. Found hair all over the bed that was not mine. It’s upsetting that the construction workers were friendly and greeted us continually and we found the staff rude and cold. Several misleading items in advertisements such as it is not walkable. You cannot in anyway walk to the beach! You have to take a bus or drive yourself and then pay for parking. You have to drive in traffic to all restaurants and shops. Front desk help spent more time out front door smoking than at the desk. We stay here due to staying at Indigos before and loved them, this one without a doubt was horrible and pretty much this misrepresentation and rude employees ruined our time in Orange Beach. Would not recommend with the experience we had.

Not what it said online about hotel was a few things missing they said was supposed to be free breakfast. Wasn't..... It was a great vacation on our end disappointed in hotel not what it said online

the overall stay was great the staff was very nice and it is a very nice hotel there were a few things that we weren't prepared for for 1 we were not allowed to walk across the road to the beach so dont be deceived like we were thinking that you can "walk to the beach" you have to drive to the nearest public beach which was very inconvenient and 2 we did not even have a microwave in our room and the smallest frig that i have over seen in my life even smaller than your typical hotel yes they have a restaurant in the hotel but its pretty expensive and we always like to bring stuff to snack on and maybe eat lunch in our room so we would have liked to have had a microwave i feel like they dont put them in the rooms so you will eat at the restaurant which i think was not fair
