Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beds are not very comfortable and one of the bathrooms is very small. Pool was nice and clean and the beach is just a short walk. Our only complaint was having to pay $68 for an extra parking pass. That’s just a little ridiculous.

Beautiful but noisy
Publié le 15 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was beautiful! The balcony was perfect facing the gulf. However, due to the renovation of the building next door we could not enjoy the balcony. Construction crews started jack hammer at 8:00 am and stopped at 5:30 pm. The noise was so loud, inside the property as well, we left a day early. With that said, buildings do have to be maintained but it was not a peaceful vacation as I planned. I did receive a refund for the day that I left early. I would stay again but will double check for renovations going on before booking.

Great Cond

Vickie, thanks for the great review! I am sorry that you had trouble with the dryer. We have replaced it and the new one seems to be working great! We hope you return and have an even better experience.

Great condo and location
Publié le 25 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was very clean and in a perfect location. The view was awesome and loved being on the 3rd floor. Dollar General was just across the street and Walmart neighborhood market was within walking distance. We never had to drive far to find a good restaurant. Everything was great except for the sofa sleeper. It definitely needs another mattress. The condo also had a cornhole that we enjoyed on the beach. We also was able to do an early check in which we were so thankful since we had been traveling all night. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Thanks for the great review Emily! We are glad that you had a great time. We have replaced the sofa sleeper. It's still a sofa sleeper, so no promises on the comfort level :) but it is new with a new mattress. The salesman said it is terrific and salesmen never exaggerate, so ...

We love how close it is to the sand and ocean. Many places are "on the beach" but still have long walks on a boardwalk or something similar. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
