The condo blew our minds. The pictures don't do it justice. The view of the beach and bay are stunning, and it took no time at all to get from our room to the sand. Wonderful communication, very clean and cozy, everything we needed was there. Hopefully we can stay here every year!

Nice view of ocean and easy access to beach.
Was not very roomy for 6 adults and 2 children. For the price I expected a more updated look. Didn’t like paying for more than one parking space and also we had to go off site to park 3rd vehicle.

Great family condo in Orange Beach. Room for family of 9 with one being a toddler! The view was wonderful and very short walk to the beach Elevators worked great. Great stay for all the family!

Roomy, cozy & amazing views
My family and I really enjoyed this condo! Both balconies had beautiful views and easy access to the parking garage, pools/hot tubs (indoor & outoor) and the beach. It did thunderstorm 2 of the 3 days off and on while we were there but there is no better condo we would rather be in. Very spacious for us (4 adults and 3 teens)! We will definitely come back!

Very spacious condo for all of us, especially enjoyed the wet bar area. The master bedroom and bath was amazingly spacious! The large table and all the chairs on the balcony were great! First time staying at Regency Isle and we thought it was terrific!

Our family of four adults and two teens was very enjoyable at Regency Isle. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Location was perfect. Property management was prompt with replying to texts. Definitely would return.

We had an excellent experience. The checkin and checkout were easy. We added two individuals to our stay last minute, and the communication was superb. I would recommend staying at this location to any family looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

83rd birthday
I gave myself a birthday present for my 83rd year! The weather was sunny couple of days, windy others, foggy as well but temperatures warm. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, visit with my younger sister and her husband and my daughter! Overall relaxing - flew in and out of Pensacola which is an easy trip.

Pretty condo ina great location!
We had a great time at this property and loved the views! The layout was perfect for our group. It had great deck chairs, comfy beds and a huge master shower. Our only concern is there was mold or mildew on the ceilings in two of the rooms. We contacted the property manager and they offered to move us within a few hours. We moved the following day and they upgraded us to a beautiful condo. Seems like it would be a quick fix and we’d consider staying here in the future!
