Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom had a full size bed which was uncomfortable because my toddler likes to sleep in the same bed with us.
My husband didn’t like that there was no curtain on the back sliding door but those are the only complaints.
The host was very communicative and responded right away for whatever issues we had. The AC went out and he had someone on it immediately.
House was nice and cozy. And served the purpose we needed it for.

Wonderful stay
Publié le 14 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay. The house was ready early and the owner made us aware so we could get there and settle in. We were able to explore the area for the remainder of the day. We enjoyed a boat tour the next morning and went shopping nearby as well where we found some beautiful Antique furniture. We plan to go back to the area in the future and would definitely stay here again.

Nice home layout & dog friendly

Great House, Great Price!
Publié le 8 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I stayed here for the weekend and loved it! We all are Stetson University alums and came to experience the campus and downtown DeLand. The house, although technically being in Orange City, was still very convenient to DeLand. House was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for us to sleep and hang out without feeling on top of each other. Communication was timely and helpful. Would rent again!
