There was a strong smell in the 1st floor. A mix between punkin and something I couldn't tell, but it was not pleasant. Room looked clean over all, but my night stand had rings like somebody spilt clear liquid and it was not wiped up. Had a black hair ball in the bathroom that did not belong to me or my husband and toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was good.

This was far and away the best "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was HUGE compared other places, immaculately clean, and the staff were all very courteous and friendly. The kid of treatment you'd expect from rural folks who treat everyone as family.
I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're planning a stay in this area, don't even bother looking elsewhere. This is where you want to stay.

This was our 2nd time within 3 years at the hotel. Breakfast was great, beds comfortable....only 1 minor issue I had was the TV should be in the middle of double beds. I will stay again.
