Great reception. Excellent bar & food. Breakfast buffet was so good. Busy. Room was dirty from previous guest , busy time of year. Room next to mine was missing door knob. Felt creepy. AC / Heat didn’t work, but room window opened. Interesting for an Embassy.

Are overall stay was good but we did have some issues with the AC and refrigerator at first. I called the front desk and they sent A maintenance man. He was unprofessional and rude. He didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. The front Receptionist did comp are parking for the Inconvenience. The parking can be an issue towards the evening. My advice is just to park by the gate in front of the hotel.

We didn’t like how we were given an ADA room without a bath tub when this was not what i requested for and had to move room after we hauled all of our belongings in here already. Room we go was downgraded without a balcony We did like the wide variety of complimentary breakfast

Did not know that we had to pay for parking. 29 a night. We found a pee stain on our white bed comforter, and hair inside the blankets, reported it to the front desk, got us a new set. Front desk said they would take care of our parking fees for the inconvenience. They never did. We bought the family suite with 2 rooms. Came with 1 towel. For the most part, the staff were alright, accept for lieing to me about taking care of my parking fees. Our 3rd day there, the workers performed a worker strike out front with drums and loud ass horns that woke up me and my family. Went on for about an hour. Will probably never stay here again to be honest
