Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayHaving invited 7 golfing friends to Orange for Mid week golf tour for 8 and to arrive to find out that the bedding configuration was not as it was stated on the web site. Having highlight the error with the booking agent, an offer for an alternative house was suggested. Having unpack and commenced cooking we declined the offer. The result of the false listing of the number of beds, one of my guest (aged in his late 60’s) slept on a couch for 3 nights and another slept on the floor. I bought a camping bunk having thought we only had 7 beds, which was proven to be wrong.
Not sure who is to blame, the booking agent for not auditing the property correctly or the property owner making false claims of the number of beds.
To date no thoughtful compensation has been provided.
