It's a old busted redroof inn with some holes in the walls to make it a suite. The door latch is mostly broken, there are no interior doors to the bedrooms for privacy, the original plumbing is sticking out of the walls where bathrooms once were, it is not a full sized refrigerator like was advertised, and the check in was ridiculous. Spend the extra $20 for a real suite!

The room itself was nice. Outside needs a good washing and was really dirty. Sludge coming from the ac, doors covered in dirt.

Newly renovated, so rooms are like new. Loved the kitchenette. Very inexpensive.

Nice stay in Orange

Awesome stay. Large almost 2 bedroom style room. Freshly remodeled. We will definitely be back just hope they stay nice. Seems targeted to long term guest.

I liked that the property has worked to make updates to the rooms and that based upon the outside of the property that the inside was very nice. I do wish the outside of the property and some of the other hotels in the very near vicinity looked more welcoming.
