the lobby staff is not really friendly and professional, they just don't want to work

I’ve stayed at a few hotels recently on my vacations and this hotel is exceptional from the view, area around and the staff one specifically being Rafael! He was amazing and made my check in so welcoming and warm. When I come back to California I will be staying here exclusively and hoping to see the same smiling faces that greeted me and bid me farewell.

Close to the freeway, fair price, the coffee shop opens early, the bar location and a very nice atmosphere overall.
