Bon rapport confort/qualité/prix

Confort appréciable, chambre spacieuse et bien tenue, parking apprécié, petit déjeuner excellent. Loin du centre de LA mais circulation rapide

was close to where I had to go/ I didnt like the screaming kids that were there with thier with parents at 9:30 pm & 2:am .

Publié le 27 mars 2022 sur HotelsWas unable to check in due to there being a cash only deposit that was not shown on the hotels .com website. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe trying to navigate an unfamiliar city alone at night with all of my belongings and was refused a refund.

Close to freeway, which was a plus. Room was musty and air conditioner was very noisey. Fridge leaked, almost slipped. I had to leave a $100 cash deposit, which wasn't stated on web site. Very thin blanket on bed. Was suppose to be a 4 star but I thougt it was more like a 2 star hotel.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

I travel to this area often and will definitely put this hotel into my rotation. Great location, close to freeways and central to Orange County. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. This is a great value for the area.
