Comfy bed and lovely reception lady but bathroom needs loads of work, leaking shower all over the floor outside shower. Rottting architrave

Thank you for notifying us of the leaking shower, this will be looked at by our maintenance team. We are currently in the process of renovating all our rooms and our bathrooms are due to be done also. We look forward to you staying with us again!

Room was fine. Bathroom sink taps flow rate was poor and require servicing

No cutlery at all in room or crockery.Fridge not stocked except for small milk.Very clean.

Easy access and parking convenient. Quiet and close to town. Noisy airconditioner, bathroom had no heating (quite cold in the evening and morning).

Won’t stay again!!

Room very basic and in need of refurbishment considering what they charge for a room, wouldn’t hurt to have a biscuit in the room. I had a disturbed night with apartment above mine partying in to the early hours and no after hours number to make a complaint.

Hi. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. We are currently renovating the rooms but myself and Scott are renovating them by ourselves. We have renovated 12 rooms thus far, but we are renovating all 50. We also do have an after hours general manager on site at all times. If you call the ibis number, it gets directed through to him and he can assist with any issues you may have. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
