The hosts are so gracious and lovely. The house is also antebellum and authentic which is rarer than you think

Ms. Casey and Mr. Jason have done an amazing job with the grounds and the Estate itself. I was touched and moved by feeling God's grace at Mayhurst Estate!

Great outdoors area for walking or just sitting and enjoying the weather. The history of the house itself (A.P.Hill, Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson slept in the house during the civil war) is amazing and the owner is a very friendly and warm lady.

Publié le 20 nov. 2023 sur HotelsWhat a beautiful home. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful. This was by far one of the best B&B's my wife and I have stayed at. The host Casey was amazing. What a great cook and host. Could not have asked for a more relaxing and cozy place to spend our 27th wedding anniversary. We will be back!

Beautiful Mayhurst exudes 19th century charm in its remarkable history, gracious architecture, period decor and lovely grounds (the large Monet-esque lily pond in season is a true gem). Importantly, the innkeepers are fine folk who really care for their guests. Breakfast is delectable and barista-grade coffee is always at hand. Mayhurst is a unique property and experience. We'll be back!

Family Visit
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HotelsCasey was great! She greeted us when we arrived and provided all the necessary information to make our stay pleasant. The B&B was colonial and everything was nicely decorated. We will be going bak in the fall.
