The home has a beautiful gas log fire that is ducted to all bedrooms. There is also a wall mounted heater in the master bedroom. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and pedestal fans are available for each bedroom and the lounge room.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

Only a short walk to Orange train station. A leisurely stroll down the road and you'll find yourself at award winning Restaurant 'Charred' & Seven Miles Roaster cafe. Kinross Wolaroi School is a short 3 minute drive.
Within 4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD with plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafe's, parks, pubs, bars and boutique shopping.
At your door step are the renowned vineyards and golf courses are as close as 10 minutes by car.
