Extremely disappointed and angry

Aruba Breeze did not have our reservation, despite my booking it three months ahead. And how they already ran our credit card for a full six nights. We got there and had no place to stay. At 11:30 pm. In a country we’d never been to. Their office manager was of little assistance. The managers at the next-door condo, The Pearl, we’re sympathetic and helped us with a place to stay that night.
