Des prix exorbitants pour ce complexe hôtelier qui a franchement besoin d'être rénové ( ne pas se fier aux photos ! ). Ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix payé ( 287 euros par nuit , taxes incluses ) , scandaleux ! Une vraie arnaque à touristes comme dans beaucoup de domaines a ARUBA
Notre 1 er et dernier voyage dans cette île .
Par contre ; les habitants sont des gens travailleurs , très sympathiques et acceuillants , malheureusement " victimes " du système . ( salaire minimum : 805 euros par mois ) A vous de juger ! ! !

We stayed at 5504 and were very dissappinyed on the onset. We arrived on 8/16 and stayed until 8//21. We found out that we were eligible for upgrade only when we checked out. The person who checked us in was mean. She didn’t give good directions as a result it took us 15 minutes to find our room. The bathroom was moldy and the stand up shower area was disgusting it appeared that the tile in the shower was fixed it was uneven and moved when we stepped on it. I was afraid that it was going to cave in. We asked for blanket the 1st night and received it in our last night. Out toilet clogged it took 1 hour and three calls for them to come and address. At checked out they tried to have us pay for a charge we didn’t make when clearly the receipt had someone else’s name on it. I was so very disappointed as the Divi are supposed to be the Best but we will never set foot in that establishment again. The only positive interaction we had was Ervin. He was great. I attempted to purchase coffee at the shop 1st 2 days it was great the 3rd time the older woman was not professional she didn’t know what went in the drink when it was clearly written. I had to tell her whereas the younger lady who helped me on Sunday and Monday was great she even remembered what I had previously ordered. The bottom line is that they have to do better. The bathroom was a huge dissapointment in in need of repair. I felt I was fighting for my life every time I got in the shower as I thought I was going to fall.

The resorts in a good location the beach right across the street only thing I didn’t like it wasn’t water in the room. It wasn’t water in the lobby at all.

The rooms are great! They are spacious and the balcony with table and chairs is an added bonus.

The renovation and construction work was creating so much noise and so early on the morning ,not to let you relax.
