The condiminum is super, comfortable, well equipped and in a spectacular location just a 5-minute walk from Eagle Beach.

Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCurtains do not block out light, bed is hard and pillows are uncomfortable. the pull out couch in the master bedroom was broken, the door for the shower allowed water to get through onto the floor. only 4 total bath towels were provided for 4 adults (3 women) who need a towel most times for hair. 2 facecloths per bathroom and one hand towel..
I had to keep washing towels everyday and found out there is a small allowance per day for electricity and water so if i end up charged because the washer or dryer used too much electric or water I will be mad. Water was only lukewarm in the shower but scalding in the sink and could not get cold water from the sink if needed.
cooler was plugged with a rock instead of the actual plug to keep water from draining so it leaked on floor. beach chairs are meh, one of the straps just broke off when i picked it up to carry it. we ran out of toilet paper and I asked about it and was told 2 per bathroom are provided.. there was one roll in each bathroom (3) plus an extra in the 2nd bedroom.. so basically we were shorted 2 rolls and were told we needed to buy our own, even after i pointed out that the correct amount was not even left for us. I could go on but there's a limit to the characters I can type

Hi Stacey, so sorry to hear you had so many things to be unhappy about. We always try to do our best to use negative comments to improve our homes. However, it is always hard to know what to do when you have SO MANY happy guests and 5 stars reviews for 4 years, and one review like this comes in. Some guests are just better suited in a 5star hotel and not a private home, they would be unhappy always and find thing to complain about always. Sometimes it has to do with personal drama in a group during the week, causing an unhappy vacation and being annoyed by trivial things.
It is puzzling when you get such happy comments from the guests before and after. But I can assure you we will do a thorough check of the apartment, like we do EVERY week, to make sure we continue hosting happy guests!
Our water and electricity IS included and there is no limit to how much you can actually USE. Our limit has to do with WASTING, which means spending water and electicity you do NOT use (for instance letting a broken toilet run for a week, or having the AC run with the patio doors open, so not actually cooling the room but having the AC run tripple hard to try to get it to cool, resulting in a broken AC). This is all very well explained in our binder. We need to protect home owners from abuse, but this has nothing to do with not being able to shower properly or using the washer.

Amazing stay

The Fullerz in Aruba

This made it incredibly convenient for us to walk to the beach just down the street. The communication with Mr. Jose Marin was extraordinary, as he provided us with valuable assistance in finding the condo upon our arrival. Upon arrival at the Condo, Mr. Marin graciously showed us to our cozy lodging and was extremely hospitable The welcoming binder was exceptionally well-crafted and meticulously put together, containing a comprehensive array of information. We sincerely thank the Marin family for their exceptional hospitality during our stay in Aruba. The Fullerz are grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to booking future VRBOs with them.

nice oasis
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis nice little oasis is close to the beach, right next to a little cafe for smoothies, breakfast and ceviche. The kitchen is well appointed and having a lock box for the key means we didn't have to lose it at the beach! We didn't rent a car as we were close enough to the things we needed and called a cab for the excursions to Noord. There were three adults. It was plenty of room and we recommend it to anyone looking to have a home away from home experience.
