Amazing location
Great place, if I had to find a complaint it is just that it could use some updating on the interior. The primary bath did have a sewage smell at times. It is a lovely place and great for families. Beautiful view and access to beach and pool are super convenient.

Perfect condo close to Eagle
This condo is directly across from Eagle Beach. It is the closest condo unit and the large, first floor patio looks directly at Eagle. There is wonderful shade in the morning which makes eating breakfast on the large patio perfect, if you eat an earlier breakfast you can be in full shade on the patio too. We didn’t use the grill, but it was right there. There is a wonderful outdoor shower too for washing your feet and body after being at the beach. We didn’t use the whirlpool, but it looked very clean and was also on the patio. 3 bedrooms. Nice living room and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. They had 4 beach chairs to use (we preferred to be in the water than sitting on the beach so we didn’t use them), a cooler which was super handy to have for packing picnics and two floating devices which was fun to have! The only MINOR negative thing was we were told we could stay in the unit until noon on check out. The day of check out we got a knock on the door at 10:45 and said we needed to be out at 11:00 because they got a last minute booking. The housekeeping staff wanted to come in and look around. We were able to rush and get out by 11:15, but it was a bit stressful with two teenagers who were sleeping late. A call earlier in the morning would have been very helpful, or possibly an note on the door the night before would have been awesome. This was only a VERY MINOR inconvenience and did not ruin anything at all. Perfect otherwise!

Location is fantastic just a walk across the street to the world famous Eagle Beach. Unit was very will stock with cooking equipment, BBQ grill, beach towels, beach chairs etc. The condo was very very clean couldn’t ask for better. Communications with owner was fantastic. A newly installed hot tub on the patio was a great touch for relaxing after a busy day on the beach with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend this unit we will return

Amazing!!!
This property is so amazing and the location is by far better than we could have ever expected! Elizabeth the host, is absolutely hands down the best person on earth to deal with! We traveled/visited for over a week here and had a great time exploring the island at our own pace without the all inclusive! This apartment is loaded to the max with more than you will ever need! Furniture is all brand new, or looks it, clean, all appliances are clean and worked great! Washer and dryer huge plus. If we needed anything at all Elizabeth responds within the hour! You cant ask for anything better! The outside patio has all white coral tile with beautiful landscape a massive couch and top of the line grill and a tabke that easily seats 10. To top it off you have a state of the art brand new Hot tub! It is amazing! If you visit Aruba check out this place at Oceania! Cant take the Host( Elizabeth) enough for making our stay so wonderful! I can say if it is your first time like ours, rent a car the taxis are expensive!!! Next time we will. Aruba is great and this apartment was the icing on the cake!

Family Vacation
The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for a family vacation. I would highly recommend for vacationing with small children. Most of the people we spoke with were either older or families traveling with small children. The location of the unit was perfect for easy access to the beach and pool. It was very clean and safe. If I had to nitpick about anything I would say occasionally cars driving by on the street were loud but we were able to sleep through it. Overall I would stay at this unit again.

Beautiful stay on Eagle Beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The views of the ocean right out the front are beautiful, and the pool is just steps away! The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed - plenty of towels and dishes. The location right along Eagle Beach was perfect, we enjoyed walking to restaurants and up and down the beach. Would gladly stay again!

Christmas Heaven
Sunny and warm, always! Great place to stay over the holidays. Great location, awesome views, so many activities and great food. Private parking. Two pools, private entrance to one pool. Just cross the street to non-crowded Eagle Beach with free access to palapas. Loved the way the kitchen is separated from the living area so for those that get up early won't disturb the others. The kitchen is very well equipped too. Highly recommend staying here when in Aruba!

Beautiful property and beautiful condo
Location was perfect. Just steps away from the beach and pool. The view from the patio was fabulous. Quiet area to stay in, public transportation was easy and accessible with the local bus stopping in front of the condo. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Palm beach just a few minutes away. The condo itself was even more beautiful in person! Rooms were huge and plenty of room for the four adults. We are looking forward to returning to Aruba and definitely booking this condo again!!

Christmas vacation
This was a great unit to rent. We were there for Christmas. It is a ground unit that that has a great view of the beach, easy access to the gate to get to the beach. The pool was nice as they had sand around the edges and felt as if you were walking into the calm sea. This unit is definitely large enough for 6 ppl/3couples. They provide chairs, towel and coolers for the beach and anything you would Need in a house I would rent this unit again! The only issue was a smell in the master bath. We had someone come look and they temporary took care of the problem. Nothing that would stop us again for staying.

Christmas vacation with our family!
This was a fabulous condo! It was exactly as pictured, spacious, well appointed as far as the kitchen, a great set of knives, directly across the street from the beach, and everything you could ask for at the complex. Elizabeth, the owner, was super responsive to every correspondence, even arranging for a DVD player for us. Beach chairs were a great plus. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Locaation was great as expected; and unit overall "ok" but not updated or luxurious
On arriving initially ok but over stay became a bit more and more disappointed with the overall condition of the unit as I began to notice various things. Had my wife joined us, my circumstances would've been very different. She being very particular would have insisted on my finding us alternative accommodations. Being just myself and two young men (17 and 20) who are totally indifferent to such things it was ultimately fine. Especially as location (to me) was A+++. With that background, unit is in need of a fair amount of update, care, and maintenance. In over 25 years of staying in nicer properties I can't say that I've never seen a luxury property that didn't have one or two items that were out of place/in need of attention. The difference being that in this unit there are many defects that have been left unattended, and seemingly for quite a while, e.g., ripped upholstery on chairs, stained upholstery, furniture with the stain scratched off, mold on chrome on bathroom floor, chipped and rusted walls in several places needing fresh paint, kitchen sink faucet handle missing a piece, broken hot tub, etc. The cumulative effect is disheartening as it felt clean but run down ala 1970's. Of course this is all subjective and based solely on what my expectations were. Others could take a different view. Again, however, in my admittedly subjective opinion, the condition of this property is not at all representative of past experiences in high end rentals or my previous stays in Aruba. Location of course is (as expected) outstanding. This was shared with owner (Elizabeth) prior to posting who put responsibility for M&R on mgmt. Co. (Prestige) and replied: “As far as the furniture inside and out, I am responsible for. I have a container leaving at the end of August with a new jacuzzi, new outdoor furniture and sofa and dining room tables. I also put a deposit down on shades and curtains (window treatments).” In fairness to Elizabeth she was responsive and appreciated the feedback. My expectation, however, when I come to a place like this is that it will be well-maintained and generally as nice as staying at the Ritz or similar property, albeit without daily maid service (and not like a rundown Holiday Inn). Unfortunately, in this situation my expectations and current conditions were not in sync. And so I basically was subject to bad timing, i.e., perhaps my perspective after arrival of new furniture and maintenance would be quite different.
