Overall, the resort is absolutely beautiful. The service was excellent and the resort was very clean. The room was very nice and cozy. The only con was the bathroom sink. You can tell some upgrades were poor made. We will definitely visit again! The highlight is the staff assisted with providing a small birthday cake and balloons to make my husband's day special ❤️

The family side of the resort is really nice with the swim up bar, great sunrise and sunset views, larger rooms. The adult marina side is more of a Miami vibe' look and feel, the rooms are super small with no real balconies or views. The lobby on the adult side was way too busy with a lot of foot traffic all day and night. Pros: I loved being connected to the mall and being able to walk to the straw market, restaurants and to see the cruise ships. The food was pretty good. The boat ride to Flamingo Beach was nice. Flamingo Beach was nice and relaxing but I personally prefer to walk out of my resort to the beach. Now the massage on Flamingo Beach listening to the waves was so relaxing and much needed. I can check the Renaissance off my list. And I would recommend it to stay at least once. I like staying on the Palm Beach side better, more atmosphere, vibes and the restaurants are great.

Our stay at The Renaissance was wonderful. Our room was small, but we didnt spend much time in it so it wasnt an issue! But the hotel is very clean, staff are all very friendly and willing to help and the food was delish! But the best part of it all....Renaissance Island!

We have been here twice. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about staying here. All the staff is exceptional and friendly. The staff are always willing to help and we didn’t meet an unpleasant staff member. There are so many things to do around here and you can walk all over. If you want to go somewhere that isn’t within walking distance, there are always taxis right there. The food is so delicious at all the restaurants on the property. We will be staying here again!

The Renaissance and its staff truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we checked in until the very last moments of our stay, my husband and I were treated like royalty. The spa was exceptional, and Flamingo Beach was absolutely stunning. The dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious choices. We also appreciated the seamless transportation to and from every destination, ensuring our convenience and safety throughout our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!
