My daughter and I came down for my son’s wedding reception. The room was very nice, but no coffee pot. We have stayed before and were really surprised as to the price hike then we found out it was due to some maintenance repair for a company near by. If we wanted to travel miles away we could’ve gotten one cheaper, but didn’t want to do that. We actually booked months in advance my other daughter was here she got hers for 98 and I went on immediately after her and they were double.

Lovely place, horrible bed.
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsThe facility itself was nice. Loved the view and location! Downside is that the bed was broken and got the worst rest imaginable. Woke up in pain due to the fact that the foot of the bed was higher than the head and sloped down to the left. Front desk just said that “The mattresses are new, there shouldn’t be a problem with the bed” I explained to her that it was something to do with the bed frame and maintenance needed to look at it. I didn’t even get an apology or any acknowledgment that there even may be an issue.

Very nice room and the view of the Rock River was fantastic.
