Comfortable and convenient

Our room was spacious and I liked the arrangement with the sink that, although it didn't have a door, was private from the room and with a door to the toilet and tub next to it. It had a small refrigerator, which is always welcome, a nice TV, an upholstered chair and a desk and chair. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the heater/air conditioner was easy to regulate and quiet. It was in a very convenient location, close to the freeway, but not too close.

The sheets did not have a perfume smell like many others. They were fresh and unscented. Also no smell of pesticides. Very nice

There was a leak in the window pane and the rain dripping inside kept me up all night. I hated that stay. We actually stayed another night in a different room. I ended up leaving going to a Marriot in Provo, and my boyfriend stayed.

I checked in online and once I got to the hotel the front desk was rude and tried to tell me I was at the wrong motel and I showed her my check in and the confirmation # and she kept trying to tell me I was at the wrong place and about 5 minutes later she said here’s your room key and number. Didn’t tell me where to go and was not friendly at all
