Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la résidence. Le personnel est très agréable , souriant , avenant , l'ambiance est très familiale . L'établissement propose divers services , le petit déjeuner est adapté à tous, possibilité de diner sur place , le repas est réalisé par l'hôte.
A notre arrivée nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassés.
Avant notre venue , n'étant pas naturistes nous avions une certaine appréhension qui a totalement disparu durant le séjour.

No owners on site despite all prior reviews… they were away. Cold water showers… no response. Other guests blasting music at the pool until 3-5am. No controls over unruly guests. A mess every morning by the pool. It says food is offered, but by whom? No one was there except check-in, checkout and limited maid service. Shower leaked 24/7. Maintenance shed alarm beeped loudly for two days! Bath towels were very old and rough as sandpaper. Mattress was hardest I’ve ever slept on, well, tossed & turned all night several nights until I was so tired or learned to take Tylenol for the leg cramps it caused. Very limited ice. No ice or glasses in-room. Limited shower soap, shampoo and even toilet paper until messaging the owner. Pool in dire need of refinishing. Trim and walls in dire need of paint. I feel bad writing such a negative review, but if the owners lived in my room during my stay, they’d have to say my review is kind. In good conscience I can only give this property two stars at best.

We completely understand your frustration, especially regarding the excessive noise at the pool that disrupted your peace and quiet.However, we regret that we were not informed of this disturbance on the first night. Had you reported these incidents to us, we could have taken immediate action to address them. Please note that the security office, located less than 100 meters from the residence, is available to handle such situations. Unfortunately, without a complaint from you, it was difficult for us to intervene appropriately. Additionally, it appears that one of the young guests led us to believe that you were part of their group and that they were not disturbing anyone.We fully understand your dissatisfaction and empathize with your frustration. However, we would like to clarify some points raised in your feedback. Our priority is to provide high-quality service, and we ensure that our facilities are in good condition before each guest's arrival.Regarding the cold water in the shower, our rooms are equipped with manually adjustable mixing faucets. If you experienced any difficulties, our team would have been available to assist you.As for the mattresses, they are carefully selected to provide optimal comfort to our guests. Until now, we had not received any similar complaints about their firmness. Had you informed us of your discomfort at the beginning of your stay, we would have been happy to offer you an alternative solution. We are sorry to learn of these issues only now, through your feedback.Concerning towels and other amenities, we make sure to replace them regularly and to meet our guests' needs as soon as they inform us. During the low season, our housekeeping is on-site mainly in the morning, while our manager spends the necessary time checking the facilities and interacting with guests. In their absence, or if you are not satisfied, you can contact us directly, as the owners, via the extranet provided at the time of your reservation. Although this communication channel is mentioned during your booking process, we will now emphasize this point during each check-in, as we believe communication is key to our continuous improvement.Our priority is to ensure the well-being of our guests, and we strive to make their stays as pleasant as possible. We are sorry that you felt the need to criticize everything, possibly in the heat of the moment.
