Amazing place
Publié le 17 août 2019 sur HomeAwayTres bon séjour à la villa. Temperature de la piscine agréable dès le matin. Villa bien située avec de nombreux services et la plages à 5 min en voiture.
Possibilité de prendre un bain de soleil à l'abribri des regards et de profiter de la magnifique vue.
Je recommande vivement !!

Stunning house in a beautiful location

Within walking distance of the white sandy beach and excellent local shops and bars. The owners (Severine and Alex) were really helpful and made the stay even better. Can’t wait to go back next year. Superbe villa!

Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes (trois couples d'adultes) et avons pleinement profiter de tout ce que la maison offre. Les 3 chambres sont très belles et l'intérieur de la maison est moderne et bien équipée. Le fait d'avoir des transats compris au kakao cafe à la plage d'orient bay est un REEL plus. La plage se trouve à environ 10 minutes de marche ou 2 minutes en voiture. Je vous conseille fortement de faire la location de véhicule avec nono rental (recommandé par les proprios Alex et severine)! Les voitures nous attendaient à notre arrivee à la villa, très bon service. Orient bah est vraiment l'endroit idéal puisque cest près de tout mais sans être trop touristique. Pour info, il y a wi-fi dans la maison et un téléphone pour les appels locaux.
Vraiment, louez cette maison, c'est exceptionnel!

Best Vacation Rental on the Island
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis Villa was amazing. The pictures look breathtaking on the listing, but they still don’t do it justice once you have the opportunity to see it in person. The place was very clean. The AC worked great in every room. The pool was perfect. We had no issues with insects at the pool, didn’t even need bug spray. The location is perfectly located in a gated community directly across the street front Orient Bay where you have access to several restaurants, shops, and arguably the nicest beach on the island. There is another large shopping center approximately five minutes away. We did not experience any issues or loss of utilities. Alex was available if we needed him, but the house had everything we needed so we didn’t have to reach out to him. Check-in was very easy, which is important after a long flight. Alex was a perfect host. You actually get cleaning services during your stay which we didn’t realize until we were there. Alex was also gracious enough to extend or trip by one day at no additional charge because we arrived one day late due to an issue with my one year old son’s passport. This is the perfect property for your stay, look no further.

We will definitely come back and stay again! It was an added bonus to have maid service throughout our stay.

Pool was awesome after a day of venturing around the island to relax in before we would go out to dinner either in Orient village or Grand Case both close and a lot of great choices and an easy drive! We enjoyed dinner at Blue Martini in Grand Case and Kayaking with Caribbean paddling! Can’t wait to visit again!

Nous étions proches des restaurants qui sont tous très bons, près de toutes les commodités et la vue qu'offre la villa est sublime!! De nos 3 voyages à St-Martin, c'est à cet endroit que nous avons préféré séjourner et souhaitons y retourner sans hésitation.
La maison était propre et confortable (les matelas king super!!) la piscine wow!!
Allez y sans craintes... notre expérience fut impeccable!

I’ve stayed . Came here for my 10th year anniversary with husband sister and her husband. We love orient Bay. I think we picked one of the best places you could find. The food was amazing. The nice thing is you cross right over from where you’re staying and you have plenty restaurants beautiful beaches. I highly recommend taking a water taxi over to the island across the way.Totally enjoyed.
Alex was wonderful whenever we had an issue he address it right away. My only complaint would be every once in a while I could not get a hot shower. I’m sure it’s because of being on the island so there was nothing really anyone could do. I decided to stay and enjoy the view in the pool a couple of nights the kitchen facilities were great. Had whatever we needed. Definitely will come back again.
