Misleading Number of Rooms
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location and views are amazing. But the property is listed as 3 bedrooms and this is not the case. The second and third bedrooms are only separated by partial wall and essentially are one room. This is misleading and was disappointing where there are 3 adult couples staying by expecting to each have their own room. This needs to be more clearly stated. That being said the location was ideal and views are great. Would stay here again, just not with 3 adult couples.

July 4th Croaker Festival
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoy Oriental, it's one of our favorite places to vacation. Oriental is layed back, quiet and charming. This vrbo is perfect for our family. However, it is in need of some kitchen updates and repairs on the doors and entrance. We love the views and the location is literally at the center of it all. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you

Perfect stay!
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a wonderful place to stay! The location is right by yhe marina, next to a coffee shop. The rooms were clean and spacious but the BEST part of this rental is the AMAZING porch.
Marc was very a great VRBO host, always there to answer questions. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Not Quite As Expected

Description says 3 bedrooms but is truly a 2 bedroom With a partial wall to separate 2 of them which made it hard to sleep with kids not waking each other. Paying a cleaning fee as expensive as it is, I expected it to be cleaner. Dust on hardwood floors under chairs and we had to clean tub before using. Also burners on stovetop didn’t heat as well as they should. Daughter was scared to use oven because it didn’t heat at first and then smelled when it did.

Looking forward to our next stay
Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe've been staying at the Oriental Inn and Marina for years and wanted to try something different. We are so glad that we did! We met so many wonderful people. The screened in porch was our favorite place to relax with a drink and watch the boats come and go.
My wife was also able to get a massage at the Harborview Day Spa just downstairs. We wish Amber, Shanna and her crew well at their new location.
We look forward to spending time here again very soon. Thanks again!

Quiet Retreat
