Creeks End - Charming cottage with private dock

A Craftsmen beauty that is nestled on the banks of Camp Creek. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home with its original hardwood floors and built-ins will make you want to come back time and again. The features include a stocked kitchen, dining for 8, 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles, outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, basic cable, free Wi-Fi and a dock with electric. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a set of single bunk beds. The custom made outdoor dining area and firepit makes the perfect plan for the relaxed coastal living that is the norm on the inner banks of North Carolina. You are sure to relish this cozy down-home setting that is within walking distance to our many restaurants and shops.

Oriental offers a wide range of activities including historical walking tours, cycling, tennis, a history museum, art galleries, restaurants, specialty shops, concerts, plays, massage therapy, and a boating season that never ends. This is a town with big spirit and fun loving people that can tell you how we became a "contagious destination" for them as well as many others.

Our only problem was checking in on Sunday, there was no key packet at the drop at 3 pm. We went to the property and Janice just happened to be coming by to check the trash. She let us in and came back with a key. Janice was very nice and helpful.

Back to Oriental Fishing Trip
The house was better than advertised. Super clean and neat inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There was only two of us but with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The boat dock was a big plus and the boat ramp is just a short distance away. We put in when we arrived and it was very easy and handy for the rest of our stay just walking out to the dock and going fishing. We had some wifi problems when we arrived and the property manager responded promptly and resoved the issue the same day. We realized the owner also painted all of the pictures on the walls and they are fabulous. We plan to return for another stay. You cannot go wrong with this house.

Fishing Weekend!
We loved our stay at Creeks End Cottage! This is a little gem in Oriental. The house was very clean and full of everything we needed. We brought our boat and enjoyed the easy access to the water. Loved being within walking distance of Oriental! We will definitely be back!

This rental was perfect. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and parks. We sat on the dock every day and enjoyed the peaceful and AMAZING scenery. Cute House in a Great Location
We had a great weekend! The house was conveniently located to everything in Oriental. The large creek - waterway behind the house was perfect for our kids to explore. The house has everything you need for a comfortable weekend. Only thing to note was the volunteer fire siren going off around 10:30 at night for quite awhile. I’m sure that’s normal to all the locals. Beautiful little town and the owners had many food and sight recommendations - thank you! We will be back next year!

Adorable cottage with private dock
Stayed at the cottage with my family and enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and making smores by the fire. Property was clean and well stocked. Nicely decorated with a lot of fun art by local artist. We all felt very much at home in this little get away. Would have preferred not to be woken by repair workers just after 8am on our final day but they were gracious enough to leave until after we were able to check out. We all had a wonderful time and even with 6 people in just over 1200 sf, we didn't feel cramped. This is certainly on our list of places we would like to return to.

The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The dock was key for us to have easy access to water. The only negative was it was very hot outside, low 90’s, and the AC was struggling to keep it 76 degrees inside during the day. That wasn’t a problem for my, but some in my family like it cooler.

A porch in paradise
Our 27th year visiting Oriental — we enjoyed the the back porch for morning and evening family gatherings. Our 21’ boat docked nicely at the pier. We canoed and biked throughout the week. This was a great location for our boat trips to Beaufort and Cape Lookout. The layout of the house is spacious and welcoming. I was surprised at how well-stocked baths and kitchen were. We grilled out most evenings and enjoyed one night at our favorite restaurant, M & M’s. Being in the village is always so relaxing.

Super cottage!
This cottage was great! My oldest son proposed to his girlfriend while there. We celebrated the engagement all weekend. Great location and one of the nicest boat docks we've seen. Can't wait to go back!
