Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayTout parfait à part peut être l'accès plage ,que l'on voit en façe mais aucun passage possible direct. Sûrement dû aux travaux sur la rue. Merci a Olga pour l'accueil . Cest avec plaisir que je reviendrai.

Bonjour, merci pour votre avis positif. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans notre appartement. Pour plus de clarté, pour accéder à la plage, il faut marcher dix minutes sur la piste cyclable jusqu'au passage souterrain, puis encore cinq minutes à pied jusqu'à la plage de Playa Flamenca, où vous trouverez d'autres bars et restaurants.
Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau à l'avenir.

Clean & great location
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayHave stayed in this building several times no. The rea has started to go down but see much development going on around now. Very good location for Punta Prima, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. Very clean, well equipped and great service from Olga the manager.

Lovely and clean

Sunny terrace
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur 2nd stay here. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with sun on the terrace all day, can get very hot so the awning is very welcome, some sunbeds would be a welcome addition.
Owner and key holder were easily contactable.
Note the terrace can be noisy at times being next to the apt block gate although there is a privacy screen the footfall may be an issue for some guests, we didn't find this an issue and we found it very quiet at night.
We didn't use the pool but it is close by. Maybe 25 min walk to the beach but is generally flat.
Decent wifi and some UK tv channels.
Overall a great apt for a couple or family.
We would happily return again.

Great apartment and location

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The swimming pool area is amazing - one of the best pools we have used in a long time. The complex is quiet. A previous guest mentioned noise from the gate which is next to the apartment’s terrace. It does get used but was never intrusive whatsoever - very convenient though!
The location is good for access to the commercial areas with loads of places to eat and drink.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this property. On our 3rd day we left the apartment for lunch and when we returned an hour later, we had been broken into and robbed of all our valuables. We know these things can happen but the back patio door had no lock and key, only a flimsy latch which only needed a small screwdriver to pop it open. There was no safe inside of the room to store our valuables. This happened in broad daylight but unsurprisingly due to the lack of security of the property. The twin bedroom at the front was also next to a noisy lift which disturbed our sleep.

Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a lovely stay the position of the apartment is close to bars and restaurants beach 15 mins walk to the beach had a problem with the fridge freezer but Olga our key holder sorted out Ldle supermarket across the road no need for a car if you don't fancy driving
