This fantastic 2 bedroom town house with its own pool is in a beautiful location just a short walk to all local shops and bars.
A large and airy conservatory overlooks the private pool, the rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, the large lounge has British TV plus Netflix and WiFi, The main bedroom has a outside balcony,the top has a solarium. Includes patio furniture.
At the bottom of our road is a large and well kept communal pool with children's pool set in beautiful garden grounds. Within a 5 to 10 min drive of Several beautiful blue flag beaches The now famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping center Three prestige's golf courses Villamartin Las Ramblas, Campoamor & Las Colinas.
Also a short drive to the town of Torrevieja with its large market, funfair and beautiful Marina
30 mins from Murcia airport and 50 mins from Alicante airport (our key holder can pick you up from the airports, please ask for details)
Please note there is a cleaning fee of Euros 65 paid to our key holder when you arrive. The electricity is run by a coin meter, this is very cheap to run and mainly a deterrent to leaving the aircon on 24/7

Lovely villa
This was our 2nd time staying in this house, it’s spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and well located for walking to restaurants nearby including villamartin plaza. The pool is a nice size for a quick cool down and the shared pool is close. Helga met us at the property and was very helpful during our stay as was Tim who met us on the last morning. Another lovely week here 5 stars.

A lovely stay
Lovely villa :) and the private pool, whilst not huge is just what you need after a day in the sunshine. Not far from Villamartin plaza that has some lovely places to eat and drink. The communal pool was also lovely but we only felt we needed to use it once. The property was clean and well equipped. The host and managing agent very helpful. If i jad to make a critism and it is really one, is tje coin meter for electric. Whilst i completely understand the reasoning for it. In the heat we had in August, we had to run aircon in the 2 bedrooms overnight (we didn't use it any other time) it cost £5-6 per night. The frustration was finding coins to run it. It might be worth seeing if an electronic top up can be installed as then a card payment would be much easier :)

Excellent property, immaculately presented, every thing you need is available and at a very good standard, in our opinion the photos do not do the property justice , it has a very big living area with a big tv and all channels and fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bedrooms and bathroom with all the home comforts , the outside space has many seating areas both in the conservatory and outside catching the sun from morning onwards overall a excellent property and one we will be returning to very shortly definitely 11/10 many thanks

Pleasant villa, great pool.
Really nice quad villa. Pool larger than appears in pictures and very welcomed by kids and adults as very hot during our stay. Neighborhood nice and quiet during our stay. Community pool also looked very nice although we felt no ned to use.

I have never had such a relaxing holiday perfect in every way villa was exactly as described and more it really does have everything you need I forgot my travel plugs and in a drawer I found some saved me having go buy more I would happily stay there again I actually didn't want to leave I could quite easily stay there for a few weeks were as usually 10 days is my limit. Do yourself a favour and book this fantastic villa

Property was lovely and quiet.22 Bar & Grill closest place to dress up and dine,but does not open on Mondays.Further down the hill Captain Morgan’s.Not for formal but smashing food and drink at good prices.Only downside was shower over bath which at my age was challenging,but I knew this before we booked.That aside we had a good break and if shower doesn’t bother you,I would highly recommend.

The property was very well presented. Quiet area 15 minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza Central to other areas Found the property to be very clean on arrival TV package was brilliant The glassed area at the front was very relaxing even though the weather was bad on one day. We used this as base for exploring Several bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. Would recommend a stay for everyone Again Thanks Darren Also the Transfers were brilliant and the driver gave us great tips and advice on the area. October week.
A week's holiday mid October with a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children ages from 6 - 14. Plenty to keep the kids entertained between the pool and the wide selection of television channels available. Fantastic large screen smart TV with all sports channels etc. You would get back home. The villa itself was ideal, large solarium up the roof area. Great little pool and great sunbathing spot next to it. The conservatory area is really nice to sit also. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all pots and utensils. Washing machine available also. The villa was very clean and the surrounding area is really nice. It is a very short walk to the Villamartin plaza which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Using the gravel path shotcut at the bottom end of the housing area, you come out the villa turn left to end of the road, left again to the bottom of the hill and cross over at the areas that resemble where a path has been formed, 15 min walk with small kids. Nice walk there and back. Richard who provides the meet and greet and all the info required was a lovely guy and very helpful. Don't hesitate to stay here for a home away from home break, it's a great villa, very comfortable place and in a good location. A car is essential for getting out and about, though. Also, 95% DEET absolute minimum in October anyway, mozzie central. Not an issue once the spray was applied. Citronella candles are useful also, which were available, but only €1 from the supermarket at the Villamartin plaza. One minor thing to note was just to reiterate what another person had written in a previous review was the sharp edges of missing tiles in the pool, this caused a couple of small cuts initially when we weren't aware. Just a few small tiles needing replaced to resolve this really. But just to be careful on pool steps if not repaired by then. Should be fine once you feel for where they are on the steps.

Fantastic Property
This property has everything you need for a brilliant holiday with a high standard of furnishings and facilities. The pool is a great addition to a 2 bed property and makes this the perfect choice. Spend the evening on the roof solarium for a great end to your day. We will return without any doubt.

We stayed for 5 nights in June , this home is immaculate and just as described on website . My husband and I used the top sun terrace everyday found it to be nice and private with modern table and chairs and sun loungers , perfect ! We didn’t cook in the villa other than early morning tea and toast as we ate out every day but found the kitchen to have everything you could possibly need to cook . The main bedroom has a lovely comfortable bed and a TV should you choose to watch it . The living room is spacious and large enough to host a family without feeling on top of each other with a ‘ huge TV’ with lots of channels to choose from. Pool is perfect and again lovely table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers Lots of areas to relax outside We found a short cut through to Villamartin Plaza All in all a perfect place to stay ! Highly recommend and would definitely return

This property has everything you need for a holiday, very quiet area but lovely area and neighbours, Richard was very helpful on arrival, only one low note ,on the Friday we decided to stay by the plunge pool,bit of lunch,beer etc, on returning back to the property the plunge pool had been covers up and the pool warmer switched on,so we had to make other arrangements, we was informed this was because the owners was arriving the same day we left,Saturday. I feel that if you pay for 7 days /nights then should have exactly that not 6,I am sure this could have been done on Saturday morning when we left, apart from that blipp we had a very good time and would book again.

Stayed for a quick week with good facilities in the property. Lovely pool and conservatory with several areas for sunbathing. WiFi excellent and English tv a bonus as we could watch some golf. New tapas bar opened round the corner today 'Tori so we checked it out and it looks pretty good. All in all a great stay.

Very good communication with the owner at the booking stage Key holder couldn't have been more helpful Fantastic home and very clean, lovely conservatory overlooking little private pool and fantastic communal pool just at the end of the road TV was great with lots of movie channels and loads of channels for the kids including Netflix Two lovely pubs that also do food a 5 min walk and the Villamartin Plaza took us 15 min to walk (taxi back 5 euros) Cant wait to stay again

Overall the property was excellent, the conservatory was a real bonus given the cold nights at this.
The house was in a good location, only a 15min walk from the Plaza. Morgan’s Bar is particularly well located for good food, drink and entertainment. We only had two days of poor weather in 28.

Like coming home!
This is our second stay in this property and certainly won't be out last! The highlight for the September heat was having the beautiful terrace area and pool. It was well equipped with sun beds, table and chairs and was where we spent all our free time. The kitchen is well equipped with plastic plates and glasses which we preferred to use to save any breakages. The property itself is roomy with aircon but we weren't in the house too often. Perfect property for relaxation and outdoor living. Feels like coming home and has enhanced our wish to live around this area.
