A beautiful home with a broken lock
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI’ll start with the good: this is a gorgeous property with plenty of room for a big group and a four season porch we were obsessed with.
Unfortunately, the front door DID NOT LOCK while we were staying at the property. When I raised it to the guest services team, it took a full day for someone local to follow up, a few more hours for them to come check on it for us after asking if we really needed them to, and the they admitted it was broken and did nothing to fix it, just told us no one around here ever gets broken into. There’s only so much you can relax on vacation when you’re worried about the safety and security of your loved ones and personal items.
Also, beware that booking this property means booking with a huge property management company with its own app, customer service, etc which is honestly both very annoying and confusing. I had to add a night to this reservation and it took multiple support tickets and phone calls to do so because of the multiple layers of middle men.

Nice stay on lake
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice home on lake. We had a wonderful time enjoying the backyard in the evening with the bonfire on the lake. Overall, the house met our expectations. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size. Kitchen had just about everything we needed.

Perfect Vacation

The house and grounds were spotless and everything you needed was provided. We were there during hurricane Lee and lost power for 12 hours. The management team checked on us, brought us water and kept us informed about the power company. Wi-Fi was good except for power outage of course. This was the perfect place for our 2 week vacation stay. The location is perfect for day trip outings to the entire area. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing retreat

Peaceful lake home
Publié le 20 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayLovely older home with updated bathrooms and kitchen and gorgeous hardwood floors. Newly painted and super clean with beautiful new bedding and towels. The setting is spectacular and very private with a dock on a small lake. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay. The pictures online do not do the home justice.
