I called the property manager upon arrival to let them know a few items. No one answered the phone so I left a message and never received a call back.The Microwave was nasty. The Sheets in one of the bedrooms had hair on it and a red stain. Seem like bubble gum was on the stairs. The house was cold. There seem to be burned marks on the dining room table. A hole was in the wall of one of the upstairs bedrooms. The one with a double and single bed in it.The furniture upstairs and downstairs was peeling. The area of the home was nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious. Some (at least 3) of the TV's did not work.Thanks,

great house and location
Overall excellent stay. House was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were heated upon arrival as requested. Host was very responsive. We had a little confusion at check in with the main gate but the host quickly addressed it for us. Host was able to accommodate a late checkout which was much appreciated.

Great Accommodation Great Value
The Property at Cabot Cliff presented really well and the photos do not do it justice in terms of scale. The beds were super comfortable and everyone commented on this. The location at Champions Gate is good and very close to the i4 but the property is about 4 miles from the entrance. A car is essential the roads and infrastructure are really good so is not an issue. The property would benefit from an information book to advice on certain elements. Trash collection is everyday and you put it in the box outside type of thing. The only negative and I have read this previously is the one off charge of $50 for the BBQ just put this in the cost of the property and make it available just seems a bit petty. The Pool heating I understand at $45 per day seems a bit high and would be seasonal. It is essential in October as the pool did not stay warm. We had it for a couple of day`s when we planned pool days and really enjoyed it. The outside furniture needs to be replaced as getting tiered but did not detract from the overall quality and value for money of the property. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but one call and we had maintenance in attendance within the hour. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely return. Deconova management were extremely helpful and professional throughout.

Wonderful location for wedding at the OMNI Resort
Our family wanted to stay together rather than at a resort in which you have to go to your own rooms. This was an ideal alternative. The development is beautiful, and this house is on a corner, so it only has neighbors on one side which made it more private. I would definitely stay here again.

My experience
The home was clean and spacious, property management was easy to contact. Would recommend to please add knob to outside jacuzzi control/it was missing. So, couldn't turn on jets. Back sliding door lock doesn't work properly. Would recommend an a/c split unit be added to game room, as it was too hot for the kids to stay in there to play. Also lighting in the game room is very dim. Not alot of pots and pans for cooking. Some beds were very low to the floor, may be difficult for older ones. No jacuzzi lights that we can see for night time. If these issues are addressed, this is definitely a nice home for a big family stay.

Girls trip.
Great house. Lots of room. Very well decorated. The pool and spa were amazing. Pool was warmer than the spa. Which was fine for all of us. The only helpful things would be to have directions or informational QR codes for the Champions Gate resort that was included in our stay.

Great House But A Few Opportunities for Improvement
This was a great house for our needs while vacationing with another family. The layout of the house worked great so the children could have fun yet there was still piece and quiet for the adults. A few improvements- The heating of the pool/spa was not clearly communicated and should be included in the rental for the fee that is being charged. As well as use of the grill. The daily fee turned us off so we just didn’t use both of these amenities when we fully planned to. Also, the clubhouse is misleading it is not in the same side of the community so we had to drive 2 cars over only to learn that it was so crowded there were no chairs or space so we didn’t use this the entire time. The location is also misleading. While the area attractions are only 10 miles or less away with traffic it took 1 hour to travel anywhere. I would recommend this property with the above shared in advance.

We planned a family getaway with our immediate family of 4 families. Each adult family had their own room and bathroom. The two boys had their own room and the two girls had their own room. Perfect set up for our family needs. Great home and no complaints!

Everything was nice, clean & comfortable. The pool wasn’t heated upon my arrival which was a bummer because I texted Jose many to times & he assured me it would be. I was told I would receive a refund for 1 of the days but I have yet to receive it. The whole upstairs lights went out but maintenance was there very fast & resolved the issue.
