Legacy dunes
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was clean. However the furnishings were cheap! The mattress pad would not stay on the bed. The pillows were so hard that we had to buy our own. The knife set would not cut ANYTHING. The can opener was broken and I replaced it. The stove burners partially work and the oven wouldn’t light. The pans were too thin to cook properly. We finally gave up on the kitchen and ate out. We left 2 weeks early. We will not recommend this rental.

Inaccurate - Unfair
Unfortunately, you can't please everyone, and we stand by the quality of this condo. Here's the reason they left early - "We will be checking out on Sunday the 17th. We had some things come up back in Ohio. Will be out by 9am. There are some health issues we need to look into before we will know if we can be a snow bird again next year" - Perhaps they were mad they didn't get a refund. Anyway, be careful of spiteful guests.

No tv
Publié le 24 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayEverything was ok and clean , but when you pay that much money for one month you wouldn't think you would have to pay for each chanel you want to watch on TV. When I called to complain the manager talked to me like I was very stupid . Would not recommend to anyone.

The TV's are smart Tv's and allow access to all the free content provided by the many apps provided and we can add any of your favorites upon request . Guests are welcome to sign on to their pay subscription apps such as Netflix and Hulu etc. When this is explained to the guest and it makes them fell stupid is unfortunately out of our control. We have been renting properties for over 15 years and receive many positive reviews.

Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayMy wife is handicapped and must use a walker to get around. This condo's proximity to the pool facilities was perfect. The unit was adequate for our needs and quite comfortable. It has its own laundry which we used often and a patio which I used often. All in all it was a good vacation and I would highly recommend this resort and this condo. Scott, whom we met as we were leaving, and Anthony were very accommodating and professional. We would definitely go back.

VERY COMFORTABLE STAY
Publié le 16 août 2015 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was fantastic! No lie, it is literally steps away from the pool. The king bed is outrageously comfortable. However, the sofa bed was super springy. Therefore, I would advise bringing an egg crate if you plan on using the sofa bed. Also, the shower head was iffy. The owners are definitely there to help you. We took advantage of the kitchen and the utensils. If you plan on cooking your meals at home, this is the apartment for you. We were very satisfied with our stay.
