The unit was a part of a larger dwelling. I thought that VRBO only has standalone units. I was very disappointed that after a 2,000 km drive to come upon a house with the garage door open and it was fully packed.

You arrived early for your stay and did not go inside to view the property. The garage is used very minimally and is not to be used while guests are at unit. This unit is a completely private, walled off section of a home that has a private entrance. All this information is listed in the description of the property in order for transparency.

Cozy place to stay

The owners were accessible when needed and provided a beautiful space with enough accomodations for our week in Orlando.

Just What We Needed

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit as we were on the go- very clean and functional, towels were of high quality, overall a very pleasant experience for my wife and me. Conveniently located to everything.

First College Baseball Tournament
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Davenport for our grandson’s first college baseball tournament. The location was perfect as he played in 3 different cities. The 3 rooms were spacious and adequate for our needs. It was clean and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We felt extremely safe in the gated quiet community as we enjoyed early morning and evening walks. The pool was an added bonus. Our host was as nice as she could be answering any questions we had immediately. This was our first experience renting this way and couldn’t have been more pleased.
