Amazing stay!

We will definitely be staying at this property again next time we plan another family Florida vacation. ❤️

Family vacation
Publié le 1 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad an excellent stay with my family. The house and amenities are very clean and the checkin was seamless. The area had a Publix Supermarket and several eateries close by. Walmart and Aldi are a short drive away. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the property manager resolved it promptly. The house is also very spacious and the kitchen is equipped with lots of cutleries, plates, cups etc. A slow cooker is also available in the kitchen which we found very useful. The house is located in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. In summary, we had an enjoyable stay and hope others who booked this place will do so as well. Thanks Rohan for your speedy responses to my questions and enquiries.

Amazing home and property manager
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe fly in the Tuesday before Hurricane Milton hit. Rohan was more than accommodating - he had a case of water at the house for us, he gave me weather updates and what to expect via text leading up to and after our arrival. After the hurricane, there were a couple screens on the lainai missing and some leaves in the pool - no big deal. He came right over to check on us and fix everything, he even turned on the pool heater so we could enjoy a warm pool. Aside from him being a wonderful host, the house was awesome, so spacious and clean, with games and puzzels to do. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. So many stores and restaurants near by. I would highlt recommend and would book this place again!

Very clean, easy access, feels like home.

Short drive from all our destinations. Perfect for families with multiple children. Would definitely stay againall the activities we had plqnned.

Lovely home
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I booked this home and we were blown away! It is a beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried about the ac not being cool enough but since it is central air 72-74 is the perfect temp, ceiling fans also helped keep it cool. Finding a box fan in the closet to use at night was a happy surprise. We were also pleasantly surprised with the pool, no need for it to be heated since we went in Sept. Check in was a little awkward bc I never got the email instructions but it was easy to contact the owner who was apologetic and we were still in the house by our original check in time. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but it was nice to have a king size bed in the master. Master bathroom is huge!! Dutch Bros, Publix, fast food all within minutes. Area looks to be up and coming. We can’t wait to come back with our whole family.

Most of our previous guests have mentioned how comfortable the beds are, but we will look into that. We're alway making upgrades, so the next you stay, you will notice new furnishings.

Great Florida Holiday Home
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic three week stay. The villa was very clean. It was well furnished, had comfortable beds and the kitchen had every utensil you needed. The pool and pool area were also very clean. Would definitely want to stay here again when we next return to Florida.
