Great time!
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were 4 golfers in that nice house, we had a great time, plenty of space, nice pool and spa. Quick response by owner that send David to fix the BBQ. Small points:add dishwasher soap(2 for 10 days),more dishcloth( only one).Instead of that we enjoyed our time

It was nice

We wish we had known a few things that would’ve helped us prepare for our stay; 1) there is no seasoning in the house, not even salt, pepper or oil 2) only two trash bags were provided 3) 1 dishwasher pod was provided 4) no hand soap in the kitchen or dish soap was provided, only what was in the bathrooms and that was a tiny bar of cleansing soap 5) there was only a half roll of paper towel. And 1 other dish towel. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, however we did have to purchase all of these items while we were on vacation (after we got our grocery delivery) and it would’ve made the trip more enjoyable had these items of been there or if we were notified of those items not being in the house. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked at the house.

Whoever does the cleaning probably needs to spend more time, the toilets had cleaned paper on toilets but still had dirt on them ( this could have been from just not wiping over when cleaning again. Not a big deal i brought sanitizer wipes). There are 2 air hockey tables, the one in the house doesn't work, and the one in garage barely puts out air. They have a pool table that is nice. The pool was nice and worth having especially with a family. The king size bed in master bedroom is ridiculously noisy even getting in and out of bed or moving at all ( it just needs to be tightened maybe?). The owner is very nice and i would definitely stay again and recommend. Other than normal home things no issues. I will say the front door lovk can be a little tricky. You have to make sure it locks, because it doesn't always lock the first try.

Could definitely use some updating and the kitchen sink faucet doesn’t work properly, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a towel under the bed. The air hockey tables air doesn’t work but overall it was a fantastic time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe was house was ok, a little far away from everything. House tidy but needed to wear shoes as floors left socks black, main bedroom bed comfortable but other rooms beds not at all, first time in VRBO, next time will stay in a Hotel.

Thank you for your feedbacks but I believe the guest's expectation is bit too high for a 2000 SQFT house. Not sure if the guest always wear socks at home and the socks never get dirty.

Spend a little extra for a good experience
Publié le 24 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was spacious but filthy; broken chips on the rug, dirt or mold build up on the window sills, windows were covered in green something, showers were dirty, walls had splatter that looked like blood(?) broken furniture, kitchen faucet was broken. Paid to heat the pool/spa, the house manager came out twice because it was not heating then told us that it’s an electric heater and will only heat 25 degrees above the outside temp; owner did refund that amount, however the water INSIDE the house was not warm either. I’ve rented different properties over the years and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. House is dated and needs a good deep cleaning. Plus side was the location: close to the highway, stores and restaurants. Will definitely put this house on my Do Not Rent Again list.

The guest is not happy mainly because the pool heating issue. It is an outdoor pool. We set the pool heater temperature at 85F, which is standard based on regulation and how long it takes the pool heater to warm up the huge pool of water is highly depend on outside temperature. As guest admitted we checked twice, the pool heater works fine but the guest is not happy about the temperature so we grand them full refund of pool heating fee even they already used the pool heating. It is a lie about blood, mold etc. I do not understand why they say that. If we do have these issue, they should let us know immediately, both neither my property manager or I did not receive any complain on this aspect when they stayed in our house

Our house was cleaned by professional cleaning company. Not sure why the guest did not complained during their stay

First trip to Florida
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the location. Property was spacious. Our kids loved the pool. My son liked listen to the different birds outside and loved having his own room. Family enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. We spent alot of our time out and about. We would definitely rent the property again.

No love in this home
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was a catfish when we walked in the house, we noticed there were signs all over the house with rules, which took away from the vacation, felt like we were in school. The sliding doors to the pool all were broken. Pool furniture was very old looking like it hadn’t been washed in forever. In the washroom, they gave us two laundry pods to wash are clothes so cheap. When I reach out to the owner of the property, he kept mentioning that he was out of town. I don’t know what that means. The The carpet in the living room was dirty. The house was not properly kept up with the host did not care..

Enjoyed our stay
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad no issues. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues! Would stay here again! Also, location is good distance from Disney as well as Universal and neighborhood is quiet.
