Just right for “Lazy Liv’Inn” & Close to Disney
Posted May 21, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. This house met the needs of our family and the host was very responsive and did so quickly. I’d definitely consider staying here again. We booked this place because it was listed as being close to Disney which is accurate. We stayed here because for this trip we were dropping our daughter off for the Disney College Program and wanted to be close…well it was! Using the toll road right by the house we were able to get to our daughter’s program check in place in about 10 minutes.
The owners have all types of games that can be played to increase family fun time. We hadn’t played “Uno” in a long time and & we enjoyed every minute, making memories. We also enjoyed being able to chill out in the pool area. The privacy of the area was an added bonus too!
The only cons were not being able to control the thermostat because it’s remotely controlled…I understand because electricity is costly but at times it did get too hot or too cold. Being able to control it ourselves would have been better. We also noticed ants on the trash can & it looked as if some had been sprayed before we got there but no one got them up. It would have also been nice to have dish detergent or dishwasher tabs…at least 1 to start off with. These were no big deal though.
Lazy Liv’inn was just what we needed. Overall if you’re looking to book this property, do it! You should be pleased!

Perfect home for a family with young kids.
Posted Apr. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayThe home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Good but room for improvement
Posted Aug. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property listing is very accurate, even in the way it eludes to the decoration and furniture being gradually updated. The pictures are a true representation of the property's appearance. Some of the features are a little dated but it is clear that investment is being made. The couches in the lounge area should perhaps be next on the list as they offer little support. The headboard on the master bed needs attention as it creaks with any movement. The main negative was an obvious old blood stain on the master linen. We swapped it for another off one of the spare beds but this should not have been put on the bed in the first place.
The pool area in lovely with good seating and loungers. The kitchen is well equipped with all you could need. The extra large cool box in the garage was great for out trip to the beach and there are plenty of extras for families with young children.
The location is very convenient for access to Disney and Universal parks as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
With a little more investment and a little more attention to detail this could be a 5 star property.

Our VRBO Vacation
Posted Aug. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayEverything was great. Good location for the Disney Parks. Only one issue. I am suspecting a rental group directly behind us and one house to the right, did not respect the people around them. At least three nights they were partying into the morning, one morning 4:30, loud booming music, with a lot of shouting shouting and yelling.
Hope we left the house the same way we found it. Thanks.

Universal Studios trip
Posted May 30, 2023 on HomeAwayAll as expected. Property manager extremely responsive and helpful. We stayed here for the pool in the downtime frim our trips to Universal Studios. Quick and easy drive to Universal from the property. Would recommend and stay again.
