Beautifully furnished 4 bedroom town home with view of the conservation area at the back. This is one of Disney's areas finest gated and guarded resort community. Tons of amenities such as clubhouse-recreation building, community pool(s), tiki bar, tennis courts, volley ball court, crazy golf and many more. House is maintained to an excellent standard. Complete with Cable TV & WIFI, Pool is 100 yards from the front door. New Leather Sectional Sofa, LED TV and AC

Superb location
Superb location, very safe. Great hosts and communication. Really close to Animal Kingdom and other Disney parks. Close to grocery stores and restaurants if needed. Haven’t tried the amenities of the resort as we were always at Disney. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location
Our family travels to Orlando a lot and this property was the best we've stayed at in terms of location to the parks. It took us only 15 minutes to get to each Disney park! It was very clean and had plenty of space. We didn't use the community amenities much, but they seemed very nice. Robert and Louise were very responsive to any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you, Robert and Louise!

The condo met our needs but some things to work on:1. Gold towels were useless...so thin. Plus, staying 6 days, had to wash them because they smelled and never dried. Need more hooks to hang towels. 2. Washer smelled. Had to use the Tub Clean cycle two times. Dryer takes forever to Dry...over 90 minutes.3.Dishwasher spits water out of the sink if you do not cover the sink on the right.4. One room lacked a fitted bottom sheet. Had to completely make bed every day. Could have used more linens.5. Did not have appropriate dishes for kids or microwave.6. Floors were dirty and socks were black from walking on them.7. Toilet tissue given was minimal.8. Gated community was a bit of a hassle.2.

Great Stay
Couldn’t have asked for much better than this villa for our vacation. More than enough space for the family, great location, clean and comfortable. Great communication from our hosts and when we had to leave early due to a family emergency, they were very understanding, kind and compassionate. When we decide to take another trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area in the future, we will definitely keep this place in mind for where we would want to stay.

Beautiful Home & Great Location
We were a group of 5 adults and there was a ton of room for everyone. The place was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and beds were super comfortable. As we spent a few days at all of the Disney parks, the location was perfect! We also appreciated that the Walmart was close by. The hosts were very quick to reply and very friendly. We would definitely return, hopefully next year!

Extremely comfortable
The perfect place to just stay and relax or to go out foe the parks. We did a mixture of both. The only tiny crtitique would be the kitchen only has the mist basic of tools, but if you arent a cook, it will be fine. They were awesome at communicating and the home was exceptionally clean. Overall a lovely place.

Well it was an Adventure!!
We have stayed here before and couldn't wait to return. Place is amazing and a perfect location to Disney. We wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer. That was our plan but a hurricane decided to come through. If I could give the owners 6 stars I would. They were so easy to communicate with, have all kinds of advice and kept in communication with us the whole time. Put us AZ and TX family at ease dealing with a hurricane! Great place, book it!! We will be back!! Side note. House survived a category 2 hurricane no issues. Felt very safe!! cocould give the owners 6 stars i would. S

This property was perfect for our family members visiting Orlando to attend a wedding. It is as described and more! The downstairs master bedroom was perfect for my elderly family members in my group who could not navigate the stairs. The second-floor master was very nice as well and included a balcony. Everyone had their own space. The living room sofa was super comfortable and there were even lots of puzzles and games. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all of the necessary cooking gadgets. The communication with the owners was flawless. The resort area was tranquil and the setting was beautiful. I highly recommend this condo!

Our stay at this villa was lovely. The home is EXACTLY as described on VRBO. The villa is located in a nice community with easy access to all the major stores. This home was very clean with great appliances and comfortable furniture. Our hosts provided us with helpful notes prior to our arrival and included those notes inside the villa for easy reference. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to our messages. For those of you who are wondering — the water pressure is great. There were plenty of towels for my party of 5 who stayed from Thursday evening til Sunday morning. All the rooms have ceiling fans, which really helped to circulate the air. We are a group of older ladies (50s) and found this home to be a great choice for our weekend “reunion” of besties. Thank you Louise & Robert for a wonderful stay.

Perfect home for 7 of us!
Beautiful home and so relaxing after a hot cruise to the Bahamas! We had 3 couples and a teenager and there was space and privacy for us all! My only suggestion might be to get ice cube trays, us Washingtonians like our ice, and extra rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. Even though we only stayed two nights we had to pilfer for more toilet paper. Communication was great and they checked in on us daily. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for opening your home up to us!!

Excellent stay and great location
We spent 4.5 days in Orlando hitting Epcot, MK, Hollywood studios and Disney Springs. This townhome was a great location to all these spots with nothing over 20 min away. Very clean, everything worked as promised and the property itself had a lot of amenities. Check-in was a breeze and communication was outstanding from the hosts. I would highly recommend staying here!
