Piscine et spa bruillant
Publié le 21 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLe séjour était correct mais le chauffage de la piscine et du spa c'est arrêté le mercredi le le 6 nov. très bruillant et nous avions payé pour toute la semaine 270 $ US. Nous avons été déçu de cet aspect. Merci de nous rembourser si c'est possible.

A Great Value
Publié le 8 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayMy family and I booked this listing for our Disney / Universal trip. Less than 20 miles from the parks. It was an amazing home for the price and value. We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub daily after long days at theme parks. Traffic definitely effected travel times from as little as 25 minutes to as much as 50 minutes when it was heavy, but was within our expectations. The property was worth every penny in a ice gated community!

Parking is not suitable for the amount of people house holds. 2 cars and it’s tight if you have trucks. No street parking! Don’t get a tire on the grass the property manager will tell you if you happen to go outside that tow truck is coming to tow your car. He was watching from another driveway.

Florida Vacation 2024

Location was close to parks, restaurants, stores and airport. I would definitely stay here again and give it Thank you Gritley for letting stay at your beautiful place.

Getaway weekend
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I had a great time at this house. Gritley was an excellent host and available for phone calls or texts at any time. Communication was great and they allowed us to even get in a little earlier than our scheduled time. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 star, was the use of the hot tub and pool. We paid the extra for the heat for the tub and pool, but never realized that the heater was on a timer and was only from I think it was 10am until appx 8pm. So that after a long day out and about, when we arrived home later at night to relax and use the hot tub and pool, they were both cold and we could not use them. We actually got to use the hot tub the first day only as we just stayed in that night and went in during those hrs. Other than that, we very much enjoyed the house and the hospitality. Thanks again Gritley! We would definitely go back!

For anyone looking to rent a vacation home in the Orlando attraction area, I cannot recommend this home enough. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing!!!

We actually planned two of our days to just enjoy the house because it was that relaxing and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals and communication with the owner was lovely. They felt like family wanting to make sure we were ok and actually asking us if there was anything they could do for us!! Just amazing and very much appreciated!!

The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, and great dining options nearby, yet the property itself was nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, providing the perfect retreat after a day at the parks. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space; the private pool and spacious patio were ideal for soaking up the Florida sun and unwinding in the evenings.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep recharging ready for the next day. The property owner was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent support and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Overall, this property is a true gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Florida. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental and can’t wait to return in the future!

Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at this property, all very clean inside and pool area outside too, everything we needed - perhaps only missing a clothes airer which we bought and left in garage for other families to use. This was our 8th stay in West Haven so we know the area and where shops and restaurants are.
Communication with Gritley was amazing, phone calls and texts were much appreciated.
