I wanted to surprise my wife with a wedding band upgrade and the staff helped me set up everything. It was perfect!!

Weekend with friends

This is a nice new hotel in the downtown Orlando area but it is in a very noisy location right off of the freeway. It also does not have a pool. And it's not really in walking distance of anything. However the service was excellent and the AC sky bar had beautiful views. The breakfast was also very good. It was nice that they had affordable valet parking.

Jamás recomiendo quedarse en este hotel

Es un hotel caro y la vdd las fotos son Photoshop. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Todo te cobran aparte, el desayuno, el estacionamiento.. fatal. Nos dieron una habitación que NO correspondía a nuestra categoría y su excusa fue porque estaban saturados. Ósea sobre venden habitaciones. El personal de servicio no tiene ganas y son rudos.
