Publié le 29 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was very clean and the neighborhood was absolutely stunning. The only thing that was lacking was there were no wash clothes and very little toilet paper. Other than that everything was great.

An absolutely gorgeous villa

It's so close to Disney that I'm surprised you can't hear the lions roaring at Animal Kingdom. You have a great row of restaurants and stores minutes away. Then you have that wonderful forest behind the villa which gives the villa that extra special touch. We loved sitting out and watching and listening to the wildlife. On arrival, the villa was cleaned to the highest standard. It's spacious and the amenities are all in good order. Mattresses have a lovely memory foam topper for your comfort but if that's not for you they are easily removed and the mattresses underneath are very comfy. On arrival there was a clerical error which the Club House manager sorted out quickly and professionally.The error was so well managed we were not aware it was a problem until after it had been sorted out. We had an issue with a light and the property manager came out within hours and sorted it. He was incredibly kind to my mother who was not feeling her best at that time. We noticed a few kitchen utensils which would have been nice to have, we did mention this to the property owners and they had them shipped to us the next day. We requested a late check out and this was granted with no issues. The cleaning team was very prompt with their arrival. The ladies were also so lovely and we had some laughs with them as we were leaving. I already miss being at this villa. We highly recommend staying here.

Disney Holiday
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayEmerald Island Resort is a lovely resort in an excellent location to all theme parks and amenities.
The villa is very spacious and clean - yes it could do with a little updating with the decor but this was not a problem to us.
The hosts are great and communication was fantastic both prior and during our stay.
The pool area is great with plenty of seating for everyone and we loved the outside tv !!
Plenty of pool inflatables to enjoy.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Friend/family get away

Family friendly

Relaxing Environment
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family chose this property because we are 8 adults and having 4 king beds was a priority. The house was perfect with plenty of private space for each couple as well as shared space for being together. We were able to eat at the dining room table and spend time around the pool. The house backs up to a wooded area which makes it extra quiet and peaceful. We had one minor issue with the pool filter and the gracious hosts responded immediately and efficiently. The neighborhood is beautiful and easily accessible for driving to Universal Studios and Disney. We all had a great time. I would recommend this property to everyone, especially “grown kids” like us.

nice place but several problems need to be addressed
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a great place but it could have been so much better if: dish soap or at least a sample was supplied; dishwasher worked; Keurig worked; thermostat upstairs locked at 77 at midnight, so someone needed to change it at midnight; electrical outlet with no cover on it right next to the kids' bed; no remote for fan in the maser bedroom, so it was locked on high; toilet leaking in
upstairs bathroom. lack of supplies in general.(no baggies or storage containers. We couldn't get in when we were told.

Regarding your early check-in request, we indeed experienced a software glitch, but we managed to accommodate you an hour early. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We are disheartened to hear about the problems with the dishwasher, Keurig, and thermostat. Our air conditioning and dishwasher systems are new, and we did reach out during your stay to ensure everything was functioning properly. We are disappointed that these issues were not brought to our attention.
