This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops,and designer furnishing (June 2017). This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake and only 1 mile to Disney. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. This luxurious condo is located on the 5th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 . The master bedroom has a king size bed with its private bath and jacuzzi tub. The set of bunk beds off the corridor is designed for kids up to 100lbs in weight. The condo has second full bathroom. The full kitchen and living room also have a view of the lake. The queen size sleeper sofa cab be utilized to accommodate 2 more people.The Resort itself has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.Watersports activities are available through nearby lake Buena Vista Watersoprts.Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. Numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the world famous outlet shopping centers

Close to Disney
This property is close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. I was in Orlando to visit the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The drive was easy. It was nice to come back to a condo at the end of the day instead of a hotel. The condo offers more space, a kitchen and a place to relax after a day in the theme parks. I would stay here again if I come back to Orlando.

The condo was just what we were looking for. The view was amazing. The only issue, well not really an issue, the master bedroom door doesnt close because they bed was in the way. Not as issue if you and partner are traveling alone. Check in was simple and a breeze.

Orlamdo stay.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the pool and lake was amazing. The only thing is the bed frame is so long, that i couldnt close the master bedroom door when i wanted privacy and sleep when my daughter was listening to music. Overall, I loved it. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I arrived to the Condo. Check-in was very easy and we just had to sign one piece of paper that had our tag, Year, make, and model of our vehicle along with our address and signature. It would be helpful for the tents in the future to have this information already put into the VRBO before arriving. It would save guests some time when Checking-in, so that; they can just get the Key-Cards and go as they arrive and not have to sign or write down or remember or ask someone to look at the tag on the vehicle. Especially if it’s dark outside and your arrival is late getting in. It will save some steps and make it most pleasant to check-in. Just a good suggestion for the future tenants. After we parked and brought up all of our belongings, we had a nice little surprise on the fifth floor to watch! At 9:00 pm Disney sets off Fireworks and they are absolutely stunning and magical to video from the balcony of the fifth floor! Once inside of our Condo we were amazed at how clean everything was and over looking our private balcony was absolutely stunning and beautiful! The Pool closes at 11:00pm and they light up the whole pool and lake area at night which makes it very beautiful to sit and watch outside from your balcony. It you have littles staying with you, be weary of the high pressure guest shower. It’s very powerful and the water is fast coming out with high pressure. I loved it due to the high pressure, but some may not and think it’s too much pressure in the shower, but my husband even said whooo that’s some high pressure shower lol! But I liked it. But for the little ones maybe go to the master bathroom in the room. We had a comfortable bed to sleep in. In the morning we brought biscuits to make biscuits and gravy, but we had no baking sheet. But they did have two glass baking dishes so I managed to use one of the small ones and it worked just fine. I did let the owner know so that he can put one in there for future tenants. The pool was amazing and clean and we walked around the deck that lead to the lake and the views are just beautiful.Don’t forget your key card, as you will need it going up in the elevator, but going down you won’t need it. It’s a good safety feature!!!! The stay was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed staying at the Blue Heron. We will definitely be back in the future. The pictures on the website doesn’t do justice for what your seeing, it’s very tranquil and relaxing and beautiful. Thank you,Will be back definitely

Reasonably priced, convenient and clean
We spent four days in the Disney parks. Room was clean and convenient. We brought simple food for breakfast every day and made coffee in the regular coffee pot (not a keurig) they have filters. We brought a bag of ground coffee and mini creamers. We were in the parks from morning till night. So we didn’t have time for the pool, it looked great! Elevator is slow in the building, so we took the stairs. View is beautiful. Price is reasonable. Able to do a load of laundry when needed! Filtered water and ice in fridge is great after a long hot day. Just 3 adults on this trip

The only improvements I would say should be made it the elevators on the property are slow and sometimes don't appear to work at all and the unit is lacking some important cook ware. There were no sheet pans/cookie sheets and only one baking dish. Had I known, I would have brought some.
