Beautifully renovated Blue Heron Beach Resort Condo-0.9 Miles from Disney parks!

Our beautifully renovated Blue Heron Beach Resort condo is located on the 8th floor in Tower 2, less than a mile from the entrance to Disney parks, and is situated on 400 acre Lake Bryan, a natural spring-fed lake.

This unit has a well-designed floor plan that sleeps six. It is tastefully appointed with a living area that has a queen size sofa sleeper, two Lazy Boy rocker recliners, a dresser, extra throw blankets and floor pillows, and a 55" smart TV. Bunk beds (each with a TV) are nestled in the foyer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, closet and a 42" smart TV. A full bath with a jetted tub is attached to the primary bedroom, and a secondary bathroom is located in the hallway. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms (see picture).

The kitchen contains a Keurig and a drip coffee pot (coffees, creamer, and sweeteners included), and a variety of pots, pans, wine glasses, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, sheet pans, toaster, and blender. The dining area seats four with two bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, all electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with ice maker), free high speed internet access, a great balcony with tables and chairs overlooking Lake Bryan where you can watch the sun rise, and an observation deck out the front door to watch Disney fireworks.

Access to the condo is by security-enabled elevators.

There are three wonderful pools, a Jacuzzi, a Tiki Hut (where you can get sandwiches and drinks poolside), and a gazebo where you can enjoy the beautiful lake.

Great Condo
The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was close to all of the parks, and there were several restaurants nearby. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and overlooking the lake. The hot tub and pool were also very nice. Check-in was a breeze. The owners are very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great place
The condo was very clean and had good A/C which is a must in July in Orlando! The property had good amenities. I didn't read closely enough to see that there was only one bedroom. I didn't realize that the other two beds were bunks and in a hallway. Bunks weren't made but bedding was available. I own the responsibility for not better understanding the sleeping situation. Lesson Learned. The property was great! Our hosts were responsive and very accommodating.

The description and reviews were spot on! We went to Universal during the day and picked up food and ate by the pool at night. Had everything we needed and was really easy. There is traffic on the road out front but when you're in the condo you would never know. My boys loved the bunk beds and I loved not sharing a bathroom with them! Thank you for hosting us!

The esthetics of the pool and overlooking Lake Bryan may be the best view in central Florida. Great temperature of the water in the pool and hot tub. (Music could be of lower volume and maybe easier listening rather than all rock, after all, over 60% of the guests are 60 years and older.) Our condo was excellent for our 3 week stay. We'll be back.

A perfect place for us
This condo was perfect for our needs. We loved the location as it was convenient to Disney Springs. We didn't go to any of the parks but went to Disney Springs several times for dinner and entertainment. While the area in front of Blue Heron was busy and commercial, when in the back sitting on our balcony or at the pool, it was peaceful and calm. The view of the lake and the beautiful sunrises were so nice. The condo had everything we needed and soon felt like a home away from home. We are definitely hoping to come back again.

Nice and clean. Neat and comfortable room with balcony right at the water's edge. Parking has locked gate at late nights, so we felt secure. A very good option to people wanting to stay off-property from the parks. The souvenir shop in strip mall directly in front of building was a great find too. We Would def come back.

Disney and a View!
Absolutely gorgeous updated apartment with all the amenities and an incredible lake view with a patio. I can never go back to hotels, waking up making coffee and breakfast and enjoying it on the patio, the space to spread out, unpack, pick up a few groceries. Disney is an expensive place, we thoroughly enjoyed stepping away to this little slice of heaven just a few miles from the parks. Communication with the owner was amazing, quick and very helpful. A perfect option in Orlando, highly recommend this VRBO!

We loved the location. Unfortunately, we had small ants in the kitchen. We were not comfortable leaving food on the counter or making breakfast etc without cleaning. Having a. Kitchen was a big driver for us - otherwise we would have booked a hotel room. Other than cleanliness; a great location.

Week long trip with no Theme Parks
Me and my family stayed here with the intention of not going to the theme parks this trip. Great location as we did still make the Disney Springs shopping trip. Close to all the parks (if going), food was very close. Only issue we had was master bedroom mattress was to hard. Other than that great stay and will definitely stay again in future.

stayed a week. very nice place to stay. I liked that you needed your key card to use the pools and elevator to make the stay safer. 10 min to Sea world, 15 to Universal. lots of shopping and dining around. Liked that there were pool towels at the condo and a nice pool bar with decent food. worked well for the 3 of us.

An easy drive to all the parks
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and clean (as is the entire property). The drive to Disney and Universal Studio parks was very easy. The ability to watch Fantasmic fireworks from the balcony and Epcot fireworks from the front door is a charming feature of this condo that we all enjoyed. I would stay here again and again!
