Property management zero stars. House was very nice. If your neighbors are in their pools on either side you have no privacy. I booked months early and the during the entire time you could actually rebook the days I was going to be there again. At times some of the weekends would grey out so I had no idea if another family was going to be there first or show up later. Vrbo didn’t help me, host responded to me twice. I lost sleep over it, all the way up until ONE HOUR before check in when they messaged me how to get into the house. VRBO told me the software wasn’t syncing. They couldn’t get ahold of host either. Vrbo gives host 30 days to respond. Run from their listings.

Wr are locals we had a cruise book as of 1year ago and it was cancelled last minute due to maintenance issues. Our daughter found this home and it did not disappoint. We stayed 5days. The house was spectacular from the themed rooms to the movie theater and game room there was somwthing to do for everyone. The pool was good also. The location was close to all attractions. The amenities that are included was awesome too. Thank you for allowing us to still have our family vacation. The house was very clean and their was plenty of appliances to choose from. Thanks again we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed here over labor day weekend. We had a blast and the house was perfect for our kids and family. The game room, movie room and pool were a hit! The only downside was getting into the subdivision- there was traffic every evening.

House was perfect for our group. My mother-in-law (72) was able to find quiet places to chill. My boys (16, 14, 8) had so many options to stay busy with. My wife was able to work in the upstairs tv room without interruption. It was absolutely perfect. Love the themes, loved the proximity to the clubhouse, and easy of getting to Disney. I would 1000% stay here again and look forward to making more memories in the future.

Let me just start by saying we can't wait to cone back. As soon as we entered into the subdivision, we knew the house was going to be Phenomenal. It was exactly how it was described. Everyone was in AWE and haven't stopped talking about the entire experience. The landscaping was well maintained. The house was Immaculate. The younger adults rushed in while the older adults got the luggage out of the vehicle They wanted to be the first to select their rooms. As soon as I walked in I was in AWE I wanted to live there. The house was extremely fresh and clean. There were 14 of us and we all enjoyed the theater. We spent most of our time on the patio at the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies we needed to cook with, eat on and eat with. Let me just add that the cookware and dishes were really nice too .We were totally absolutely overly satisfied. The game room, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the living areas, the bathrooms ,the loft, the decor, oh, the beds wee so comfortable too. There were only a couple issues like the pac man machine, and the xbox did not work and we couldn't get the surround sound to work. Those things were so minor, we didn't even report them. They didn't have a negative impact on our fabulous vacation what so ever .Everything was PHENOMENAL..I really would love to live there. We will definitely return. Thank you.

My family and I had an amazing time at this home for the holidays. Perfect location and extra clean. My only wish was that they had more pots for cooking. Absolutely will stay again!

The house was great. It was very clean upon arrival. The host was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the game room and movie room. The pool was clean. Definitely a great choice for a family to stay. About 20 min drive go Disney World.

The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. House is very nice. Great for a big family or multiple families. Only negative was a little short on a few kitchen items. No pot holders spatulas or wash cloths. Would definitely rent again!
