Family get together
Booked this VRBO as we were having a family get together. It was perfect for all our guests who stayed and those who visited for the day. Plenty of space the the backyard gazebos were a perfect place for all of us to enjoy evening with a firepit and games. Host was great when I had some questions. Louise

Perfect location and place for a Thanksgiving wknd stay! Each room had its own private bathroom which was very nice for our family. Kitchen was stocked for us to prepare a nice meal on the holiday. Location was great close to UCF where our daughter works! I can’t say enough good about this property!

Juan’s property is beautiful, with high end appliances and furnishings and every possible thing you might need in the kitchen. The mattresses were all comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We had 7 family members, with three generations aged 6-70 staying for my daughter’s wedding in Winter Park, so the well-equipped laundry room was a huge plus, as were the four bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed winding down in the beautiful backyard oasis and relaxing in the pool the day after the wedding. The property is right off a busy road, and there is some traffic noise, but it wasn’t extremely loud inside. It was nice being so close to Publix. The kids really enjoyed the artwork and learning to play dominoes! I would definitely recommend this property.

Family July 4th get together!!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Winter Park. Everything was immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the backyard with the flat grill, gazebo and swimming pool. We had everthing we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of silverware and crockery for our party of 6. The unit was well stocked with the essential toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. My son enjoyed playing the grand piano in the living room. I highly reccomend Casa WinterPark and will definitely stay here again nexr time I am in the area.

Wedding weekend
Needed a place for some family to stay the weekend of my daughter’s wedding (lives in Orlando). This place was perfect. Met all of our needs. 4 bedrooms, each one with a full bath. Huge kitchen and great room. Outdoor pool with covered gazebo’s. Would 100% stay again if in area.

Family getaway
We were in town for a family event and the home was wonderful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the home was large with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. Would stay again!

A Diamond in the Rough!
WOW. We had an amazing stay for our daughter's Winter Park wedding. We hosted a pool gathering for the bridal party two days before. Exceptional communication from the property owner to ensure the pool was ready for our visit. The home is so well appointed -- it has everything you need. Everything is labeled, clean -- there was tons of space for everyone. We were EASY walking distance to two bars/restaurants, CVS, Dunkin and Starbucks. These were great options for those without a rental car. Yes, the house is on a busier street, but it wasn't disruptive. While the neighborhood is not as breathtaking as the (literal) mansions in Winter Park, the house on the inside made up for it ten-fold. BOOK IT NOW. You will not find a better house for hosting and gathering. Top notch all the way around!

Weekend Family Trip
We stayed at Casa Winter House for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is fully equipped to have a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking space and the backyard is huge and perfect for entertaining the family. The host provided all necessary information, we didn’t have to call at all. Absolutely recommend!

Nice house for the family and more!
A hidden gem! Very spacious! We needed a place big enough for our family and a baby shower, this home was perfect! The inside was very spacious and was complete with everything we needed, and more. The fenced in backyard gave a feeling of seclusion, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool and playset while the adults enjoyed the pergola setting! Our contact person was quick to respond, polite and friendly too!

Lovely home-away-from-home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Winterpark and especially appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, which made it feel more like home — a nice touch around the holidays! The street is a bit busy and it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is comfortably elegant and VERY live-able and the backyard is incredible! We would definitely stay there again.

Great second stay
This was our second time staying in this property while visiting nearby family for the holidays, and everything about the house was great! The location couldn’t have been better for our needs, and there’s a ton of space for some small group socializing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed. Everyone appreciate having a private bathroom in their bedroom. We didn’t make use of the pool or patio this year due to the time of year and weather, however, we have found them very comfortable in the past. Highly recommend for a family group visiting the Winter Park area.

GREAT place for extended family & friends
Although the property looks quite modest and is located on an access road off Aloma Ave, one walks inside and is amazed at the home’s size and condition. There are large dining and separate family room tables, small bar, two separate visiting areas and updated kitchen. We did not have the chance to go outside and use the pool, grill and patio area because we were there for a wedding, but the yard is HUGE. Other happy surprises - KitchenAid Mixer and dishwasher, wood chop block, new-ish fridge in large kitchen with good quality pots and pans. We would definitely rent this property again for extended family. The baby grand piano, having CVS and Starbucks 1 block away - YAY for people who have to have an espresso. Hard to find a place that is modern, clean and comfy for the adults but kid friendly. Kid Friendly - besides the large fenced yard and pool, there is a playhouse with a slide (away from the pool). The room with the trundle bunk is closest to the street, but has its own bath and contains a big toy chest. The kitchen has a whole set of unbreakable dishes and matching cups in excellent condition. We had a 2 1/2 y/o with us, and her parents were very, very pleased with the home. Juan was very responsive to our call about a slow-flushing toilet. Thank you!

The home is very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of space and nice amenities. Had a great stay. Only recommendations would be to supply more face cloths and instructions for TV. Everything else was great! Thanks very much.

Overall our stay was wonderful! Juan was very good in keeping in touch, unfortunately I didn’t receive the code until 45 minutes after we were there. It took us a while to get in touch with him, but he was out of the country. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house from the street does not even begin to show how amazing the place is. You walk in and immediately feel at home, but also on vacation. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen having everything we needed. I would stay here again 100%.

Great set up for my family
Property was clean and well maintained, for example the furnace and fridge filters were all new. This is frequently not the case in these rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a lot of little extras on the property that I appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great. It was perfect for our needs. I’d stay here again.

We came to see a football game. 6 men in our 50's. It was the perfect spot with enough beds for each of us to have their own. Kitchen is brand new as is the whole inside of the house. The back yard and pool area served us well. We were able to grill out most nights. It is located walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, CVS and restaurants.

Last minute $250 pet fee
Two days before we were due to arrive I was informed that I was required to pay a $250 pet deposit for my Maltese dog. I was told if I did not agree to pay the fee that our reservation would be canceled. I asked if we could split the fee, but he was unwilling to do so. The owner did call me back the following day to tell me that I was correct and his VRBO listing did not list the pet deposit and he was making a correction to the listing at that time. I would have NEVER rented a house with that high of a pet deposit. There were other homes that we could of have rented in much better areas. This was the third VRBO that I had rented for this year, I am not new to vacation rental policies. We had family flying in from Wyoming and Arizona well as Kentucky. I had no choice but meet his demands and to pay the $250. Upon reading the guest log, the pet fee was only a fraction of what I was charged, something that I did text the owner about to let him know that he also needed to update his guest book. The house was nice, but we had to call and request wash cloths and extra towels, as well as request a missing shower curtain. The grill was unusable, and the pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I would never rent from this man again due to the last minute outrageous pet fee and his unwillingness to compromise, especially since it was his oversight on his listing. Renters beware!
