The hotel was clean, nearby attractions we liked and the front desk staff was great. However, the cleaning personnel started at 8am banging on our door. We told her we didn’t get to sleep until very late and would need the room until 11, and went back to bed. She then proceeded to yell across the hall at someone, talked very loud right outside our room and banging metal objects so hard against the wall in the next room that it rattled our headboard and bed. Then banged some more metal in the room across the hall. She kept all of this up until 10am. First and last time we will stay here.

I remember seeing this hotel when I was a kid. I’m sure they’ve remodeled the hotel recently. The hotel and rooms are updated and are beautifully decorated to give it that high end castle feel! Definitely worth the stay!
