Overall we had a great experience here! When we first arrived, we noticed the pool seemed a little foggy and green. We contacted the managing company and owner and someone was out that evening to fix it and it was swimable the next morning! The house was clean and for the most part, everything was as expected. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and not the same as the pictures, but we used it very little as the weather was great and we were always outside! We would recommend the house to anyone, the Clubhouse, which was just a 10-minute walk, was a great way to spend our days lounging and the area felt safe and very well cared for! Great place.

OK in Champions Gate
This seems to be a classic case of out-of-town owner with bad local management. Owner is super responsive and super kind. He clearly values his property and wants his guests to have a good time. And the house truly is nice...... Unfortunately, management has let this property go quite a bit. Any issues addressed with management were taken care of, but some of the issues never should have happened with regular maintenance and care of the property. The only complaint the we have for the public, is the couches in the listing pics are not the couches in the home. The couches in the home are much, MUCH too small for a home that sleeps 14. Not sure when they were replaced, but pics should be updated to reflect change.

This property needs some updating. The rug in the living room was dirty. The master bedroom by the kitchen had cockroaches in the sink and my daughter was bitten by some type of bug in her upstairs bedroom and she didn’t sleep in the bed for the remainder of the stay. My niece also saw a bug in her bed.

We were 6 adults and 6 teens/tweens! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own sleeping space . Nice couches upstairs for kids to hang. However , there was a small couch downstairs and the adults had to sit at table. Outside was not enough seating for everyone at all. Otherwise , great communication and location

Some what dissapointed in the experience but house was nice and clean.
I did not get to stay at champions gate…. I was contacted just before our trip. I was relocated to a different house in a different neighborhood I appreciated them taking care of that. However it was a neighborhood With all the pools and water entertainment. We were traveling with kids that were looking forward to that. And was not given any refund. I understand the house and private pool were just as nice and clean. But I booked for the neighborhood experience. I booked as a gift for my niece and nephew 13th birthday. Was hoping for more.

Would I stay here again? Yes, but there is some things I would have liked to know..
We had 7 adults, 3 kids (4-7), and one 1.5 year old. We stayed from Sat late night to Th. early am. The rental was in my mother in laws name not mine, but I am a travel agent and wanted to review & help others. Pros- -The property location was very nice, easy to get around with gps -The house itself was clean the beds were very comfortable -They had a washer & dryer in house, we used dryer daily. Would suggest cleaning lint trap every use it did seem to help otherwise it needed a full hour to dry everything -Kids loved the air hockey table Cons- -House needs some updates- the carpet is quite disgusting, all the doorways & steps pretty much were so worn that if you weren’t carful you would step on tacks and cut your foot. There were a lot of dents, scrapes making it look less nice. -only 1 roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom which was all used so we had to purchase some. -only 1 roll of paper towels, which we purchased 2 more rolls-went through that as well. Also there were NO hand towels anywhere in the house so you had to use paper towels for cleaning up spills and drying your hands. - only 4 garbage bags, so we had to use a crap ton of Walmart bags. -No laundry detergent or dryer sheets were provided, we brought some from home. Dryer seemed to need a tune up, needed a long time to dry lightly damp towels. -PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT STILL WANTED TO INCLUDE- You have to pay $210 to heat the pool & hot tub. It was a warm bath water temp (70s) called the mgmt company hot tub is supposed to be at 104. The came Wed but it can take up to 8 hours to heat it up. We did get our $ back but it felt as though the owner was blaming us & jacked us around before finally giving the refund. -Kitchen supplies were very limited. In a house for 12 people you should have kitchen supplies to fit that amount of people! The largest frying pan was big enough for two eggs. Couldn’t cook large meals easily. -The water park- had one slide, a lazy River, a splash pad, & a lounging pool. Kids preferred our house pool! Were told the water park had towels provided, they didn’t so we had to go back home to get towels. -the pool table was too uneven to play. The darts were all broken also. -The downstairs couch was very hard and uncomfortable, didn’t fit more than 3 people. We ended up bringing the upstairs couches downstairs which worked out quite well. Overall it wasn’t a bad house by any means, but many major inconveniences were frustrating!

We had an excellent time at this vacation rental. My only encouragement is if you are planning on using the pool/hot tub at the home be sure to request that so they have the necessary time to heat it up.

I absolutely love staying at Champions Gate. The only thing I didn't like about the property was that we were not advise the dryer or dishwasher didn't work. I would have liked to see instructions on how to leave property, for example clean dishes, remove linen, place towels in washer etc. Overall great property. Owner ver responsive at all times and express apologies.

Overall nice house
Overall our stat was wonderful. House was clean and spacious. I didn't care for the check in process with drive out of the way to management office to get pin for door. I felt that was a waste of time. One of the showers hot water was not working did call the number that was given didn't receive an answer or a return call which was disappointing. However we made the best of it. The only thing that I would have changed is that one of the downstairs bedrooms had been the master bedroom.

Reasonably Priced
Basically the house was comfortable : beds, A/C worked well ; hot tub was hot — grill had gas and worked ! Somethings in the house are old and worn out .. lamps , football table , pool table are literally on their last legs and mostly unusable .. air hockey doesn’t work at all . In the kitchen you have a plethora of dishes but five steak knives in total and other knives that have seen sharper days. There are no comforters or heavier blankets .. we had to call for more and the management did bring some along with extra towels as no pool towels are supplied to start. We were pleased with the price for what we got but it was definitely not the best house we have ever stayed at at Champions Gate .. where we have stayed many times.

My family loved this property. Pool was nice and we had plenty of room in this house. Only suggestion would be to add more cookware. We will definitely rent again. So close to everything you need. The community pool and lazy river was a hit with the entire family.😊

Great Stay
We had a great vacation. The property was very nice. There are a few things that can be improved like worn dining table chairs and couch. Also the game room needs an overall. The air hockey table, dart board and pool table needs to be replaced. Champions Gate is a beautiful area but the traffic is heavy. If you don't have a lot of patience find another location.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and located in a gated community with a club house. We arrived early and couldn’t check into the house but was able to use the club house amenities until check in,which was great. The check in process was seamless because we did the pre check in. The house is very big and spacious. The pool area was great and where we spent most of our time and the gas grill was great for grilling once we filled the tank. The only down side was the downstairs AC unit seemed to be working but the area was very warm, out of 7 TVs only one worked during our 5 day/4 night trip and the ice maker didn’t work. The bright side is even though it wasn’t fixed maintenance responded the same day and came back the next day to attempt to fix it. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. In the end maybe the owner will review the concerns and give a discount since we were slightly inconvenienced.

This property was in severe need of renovations! It seems that maintenance of this property was neglected. The check in process was over 2 hours. I had a 3 night stay and by the 1st night I had the maintenance phone number saved, because I had to call them every night. If it wasn't for sink not working properly, a broken bed, amenities in the bathroom not working properly this place is a mess.

The layout of the house was great for a large family, plenty of bathrooms. There were 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a nice location. We had an issue with the hot tub not working as it should and the owner was great , he took care of it immediately! Would stay there again.
