Contre : The pool table in the games room (garage) was not a safety hazard (legs falling off), and thus couldn't be used.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was. It was situated in a gated community, so felt very safe and secure. The house itself was in great condition and had more than enough room for a family of five - in fact could have had another 3 people in the house and would still have felt big enough. The pool area was also fantastic.
