Enjoy the perfect family vacation when you book into our fully renovated Private unit at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista hotel near Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Studios. Kids and adults will appreciate all that our suite has to offer and our location makes us the perfect stay to experience the best Orlando attractions.

Our one bedroom suite offers two full beds. Separate living area with a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area plus a kitchen, one bathroom and kitchen.

Our suite has been renovated as of June 2018. Its located in Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista one bedroom offers two full size beds with tv for a delicious rest after a tiring day in Orlando. Enjoy a separate living room with a full size sofa bed with TV, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando! We are a few blocks away from the PREMIUM outlet shops, as well as other excellent shopping. We are also a stones throw away many restaurants like Olive Garden, Mcdonalds, Hooters and many many more. On top of that, we are also only 1 mile away from Disney. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando!

Our Suite has all the comforts you would have at home and more.
You can also enjoy all the amenities of the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista complex with no extra charges.

There are also free shuttles to the Parks. Timings can change so please do check with the front desk for timings.

To be always up-to-date, your suite includes free Internet access, which allows you to stay connected and productive.

We are only 5 miles from the Orlando / Orange County Convention Center. Several businesses, including Lockheed Martin and Darden, are located near Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista, as well as excellent shopping, Premium Outlet Vineland, restaurants, Disney parks and many more attractions.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either event.

I traveled to Orlando for a conference. The room is just a hotel room, really. The decor is cute and modern. The host & their go-to contact person were quick to respond to questions. It’s an older property, but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. For one person or a couple it’s comfortable, but a family would be crowded. Make sure to bring ALL the amenities you will need bc the room doesn’t come with anything. I felt like it was an ok price for the location, but a bit overpriced for the room itself.

My granddaughter, sister in law, and myself did a birthday week at Disney. We rent Vrbos all the time and this one was great in proximity to all the parks. It was spacious and clean. I was impressed they had a stroller and pack and play for use in the room but we didn’t need it.

Overall, property was what was required and clean. One used towel left hanging behind the bathroom door. The beds were terrible and the springs creaked very loudly whenever one moved on the bed. This kept us awake for most of the night. The owner was informed of this and said he would investigate. I would advise to check if beds have been renewed or fixed before staying at this property.

Wonderful Place!
My daughter and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was perfect! Such a cute space and perfect for our needs. I appreciated the cleanliness and cute decor. The unit had everything we needed and was super close to restaurants and fun things to do. The building in general was quiet and felt very safe. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hosts were so welcoming and very quick with communication. I would highly recommend this unit, and we hope to stay here again! Thank you for providing a lovely space!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights while passing through from Myrtle Beach to Anna Maria Island. Mark was excellent with communication. It was a good area, coffee and grocery and restaurants within 1 mile. The one thing I missed, not sure how, is that it was inside a Hawthorne suites hotel. I guess comforting since there is security, but I had expected it to be more residential. The lobby restaurant would not sell me coffee since I was not a hotel guest, but VRBO guest, so that seemed odd to me. Starbucks was down the road, though. Coffee in the unit would be nice, and bring your toiletries as not provided except a small bar of soap. My main purpose was to book a unit where 2 of my kids got their own bed, as well as me, so it worked out. 3 beds.
