Great potential, poor quality
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayLet me start by saying the host is very responsive and friendly. The check in process was simple. However, this house needs some TLC. The vinyl floors are awful. Bubbling up everywhere. There’s a broken ceramic tile in between the kitchen and living room that causes some issues too. Lots of trips and falls. If you’re wobbly on your feet, best to go elsewhere until this is resolved. The couches are very old and not very functional. The decor is cute and the house is spacious for what it is. Fenced in yard is great. The sheets had some questionable and what appeared to be “love” stains left over from the previous guest. Brown splatter on the kitchen wall. Various left over products from the previous guest as well (comb & hairbrush) in the shower. The house smelt clean right off the bat, but the skeletons came out the longer we stayed. Overall, I would recommend the host, but this property in particular needs some TLC and a more thorough cleaner.

Enjoyable stay
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis lovely bungalow home had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable . When we first pulled up to the home, we were a bit concerned because front porch and entry could use a little work, but upon entering, we were quickly at ease.
The host was just wonderful to work with from booking to exiting. Answered all questions quickly. She was friendly and conscientious. Lively stay.

Quick weekend trip for a graduation/trip to universal
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a quick weekend trip for my brothers graduation, and of course to universal. The house was very close to all the necessities and was very cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. Also, super pet friendly. Our pup Luna absolutely adored the back yard!

Trip to UCF
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCloset door fell off on me. Rug needs to be secured as edge rolls for potential fall. Bare in decor but clean and everything was in working order. Great location to college.
